I had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2BHK home in Varca, South Goa. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house had a calm, welcoming vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and one of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us for nearby beaches and restaurants. It really helped us make the most of our time in the area and discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The location was also ideal—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive from Varca beach and other nearby attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in South Goa. Would love to come back!

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Sejel's homestay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Make you feel like home. They are really great hosts. And location of property is very prominent. Cafes nearby. Beach is also very nearby. All in all an awesome experience.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

Great choice of stay for long and short term, especially for couples, family and single ladies. Yashodhara and Pavi go out of the way to make you feel special. It felt like walking into your family home. And not to mention the amount of love they showered on our pets. It was trying to incredible to see the extend they went to keep us happy and make our stay truly memorable. So give it a whirl!!!!

The apartment is quite large and very well maintained, and is as described. The host has labeled every thing a guest would need to know, and all electrical equipment are fully functional, making the guests' life easy if they plan to prepare foods at home. With clothes dryer available for guest use, even long term stays will be a thing of ease. The beach had silver sands, quite a wide sandy area, and water is crystal clear. Its not a crowded beach and is so peaceful at all times. Beach is devoid of trash, and is so tidy and clean. Those that know how to swim in sea will find it very enjoyable and safe, as the seabed appears to slope down gently. There are few eateries here, that serve very nice food, located close to Villa. If you wish to spend good time on a quiet beach, you can head to this part of Goa, and have a wonderful stay at Garvit's place. If I visit South Goa again, I would certainly stay in his Villa.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

Gated community thus safe for family outings with ample parking All amenities are available and working as shown in pics. Very cleanly maintained. Spotless in our experience Beach is nearby with a 5 minute stroll Very responsive host. Immediately replies. Actually we didn’t require a lot of assistance since everything was working and exactly where it should be. Cherry on the cake is a proper front loading washing machine. Remember: you’re required to inform the housekeeping service 1 day prior Negative: No view outside the hall or bedroom. Thats the only negative point.
