Waterfront vacation rentals in Corozal District

Amazing views, quiet residence. Kitchen and home had everything we needed. Could see crocodiles swimming in lagoon out back in early morning hours. Great location with coffee shop and massage hut right across the street which we used on our trip. Only complaint is the housekeeping forgot to leave us water in the water dispenser. But everything else was great. Also washer and dryer right next door (private for unit) was a great help.

Enjoyed the quiet away from town but only a 8ish min golf cart ride from all the action. Pool was really nice and the view of the ocean was great. Even snorkeled off the dock and saw plenty of fish. Great host and staff

Austin was an amazing host! He was very responsive, nice, and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. His unit had a great view, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the resort were amazing. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. We had house keeping come and tidy our room each day which was a great perk. We also had access to room service, which was super convenient. The pool offered a swim up bar, which had tasty drinks and food. The resort also let us pre purchase a golf cart which was super convenient. Overall, this was one of my best Air bnb stays and I highly recommend Austin’s unit. I look forward to staying again in the near future and also sending my travel client’s as well!

Dora’s place was fantastic and a great value. We stayed at another property earlier in the week but were stuck for two more nights due to weather delay. We could not have found a more perfect spot and host. The unite was awesome, clean, amazing linens and stocked with the necessities. Amazing location on the beach and walkable to many great restaurants. Thanks Dora! We would definitely return to The Guest House!

Jonathan’s place at the Sunset Caribe was amazing. You are footsteps from the pool, poolside bar and in a great location. The pictures watch the experience. The staff Was very friendly and everyone was responsive for any questions or recommendations. Book it for a getaway! There’s so much that Belize has to offer and this stay will help you indulge in the experience.

Stayed here for a week while scuba diving with Ramon’s! Incredibly close to multiple dive shops, so if you’re here for diving you cannot beat the location!! The place is off the main road, but I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe walking around; even late at night. Pista was very responsive and helpful with the checking in and out process! Beautiful view of the ocean off balcony. Plenty of restaurants around and at a walkable distance. Limited chairs to lie out in the sun, and the chairs have a fence blocking the water. This did not bother us, but if that’s important to you on your trip, just be aware. Comfortable beds and clean place! Would stay again.

Fantastic home!! Terry is a great host and the management company is top notch. Great communication and made it very easy to coordinate the ride from the airport and even the golf cart. It was a wonderful stay.

This place was great and accommodated all six of us perfectly, the area was walkable and lots of local shops to explore. Beaches, snorkeling and other tours were amazing. We got great photos from boats, and golf carts rides thru the island. Its was hot during our trip, the home has ac units and they worked well, only one spot was little warm!! Then as soon i message the host a fan was dropped by immediately great response. Definitely recommend this location, has everything near by, great balcony to sit for the whole family. Try the art gallerys, coffee bar and Fry Jack place right down on the corner!!!

We had an incredible time and hope to come back some day! Andrew was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We especially loved the pool! And we loved our day of snorkeling with Chocolate so much that we booked a second day! Roberto was also super amazing in helping us schedule all of our excursions!

The villa is comfortable and roomy. It’s decorated nicely and has a fully furnished kitchen. All you need to bring is food and drinks. The location was very beautiful. We especially loved the sunrises on the deck

Mary Alice (Chris’ wife) was so accommodating to our large group. Our reservations were right after hurricane Beryl was expected to hit Belize and they kept us in the loop of what could happen and how our stay might be affected. Thankfully it didn’t hit Belize. She arranged for golf carts to be waiting for us and for transportation from the water taxi to the house. She also gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat (and some to avoid). The location of the house was on the water and it was nice and breezy almost all the time - which was great because the breeze kept the mosquitos away. Whenever I had a question during our stay, she was super responsive and helpful. My family had a great time at the house - it was really our home away from home. When we were out we kept saying “when we get back home.” I would totally recommend Iguana House to anyone looking for a chill beach house vibe.

If we go back to Ambergris we would definitely stay here again.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

We are in awe of this place! We travel a lot and this was by far the best Air BNB we have stayed at. We are already excited to come back and talking about getting on the books for this Airbnb before it’s too late. Dora, the host has an amazing app that will talk to you through everything you would ever need. We tried most of her recommendations from fishing,, to restaurants, to golf carts. We do not consider ourselves “beach people” as we mostly travel to the mountains and stay in cabins but oh man, did this vacation do it to us. Be prepared to leave with a clear mind, a relaxed vibe, and pure happiness back home to normal life. A true reset!

Amazing place! The condo is even more beautiful than the photos. Plenty of space, nicely equipped kitchen, and what a view! We had to work some while here so opted for the dedicated cable line and it worked well. The front desk at Tres Cocos could not have been better. Very responsive and helpful, above and beyond what I expected! Can’t wait to return!!

The place is beautiful, as is the location. On the beach and walking distance to all the good stuff. You can also get a golf cart that’s also super convenient and inexpensive. The only this I will say is, after reading the house rules I almost cancelled. The list is long, has lots of disciplinary actions and fines but I don’t know that they were actually enforced so it wound up being ok.

This is my second time staying at By The Sea in 2 different units, and again Monica and Fel are superhosts for a reason! Excellent value, location, and attention to little details. Beautifully appointed units and awesome location to everything downtown SP!

Overall, we really liked the condo. The welcome cocktails were a cute touch. We loved the location and loved Coco‘s Loco bar being right there attached to the swimming pool. I had seen another review that mentioned that as a negative, but we thought it was definitely a positive. We hung out there almost every night, and met both locals and tourists at the bar who became friends, and we thought the owner and bartenders were great. We liked the general layout and size of the condo. We only used the master bedroom, and found the bed quite comfortable. The master bedroom light flickered often, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The bathroom was decent and stocked with brand new towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, with a fridge stocked with beer, soda, and juice. Alexandra was attentive to any needs that arose while we were there, although communication took a bit longer than we’d prefer, but I guess that’s due to “island time”. We will happily stay here again!!
