Fantastic home!! Terry is a great host and the management company is top notch. Great communication and made it very easy to coordinate the ride from the airport and even the golf cart. It was a wonderful stay.

The space was just as described. Very clean and in a central location of San Pedro. Eva was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Would recommend as an affordable and convenient stay while in San Pedro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's amazing house. Very beautiful, clean and well kept house inside and out. The pool is magnificent with it's design and the beach is very private and we enjoyed it a lot. Zoby was super helpful with everything from check in to check out. Anytime we had a question, she was always there to answer it and help in any way. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around as it's a little ways from town. There are places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you Nick, Zoby and crew for a fantastic time!

This place is just amazing, honestly the best place we have stayed in so far. I would rate them 10 starts if possible. Shelly and Michael make this experience just great. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. We will definitely come back to visit them and we cannot wait to see them again.

We rented the entire house for 15 people. We loved it! The location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful surroundings, tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The house was well maintained. We loved the patio and the pool and the dock right in front of the house where we got picked up by boats to go on our excursions. The Sandy Toes bar next door was awesome. The employees there were great. They served us at our house in the pool and on the patio. Great service!!!! All of the locals were polite and friendly. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK

This cabana is right near the water and in a resort community. The space is clean and well equipped kitchen. This is a place to come if you want seclusion.

Sunshine House was amazing the my friends and I to explore San Pedro. The best thing is the restaurant next door with the same name. Best food on the island. We didn’t really use the pool or kitchen much; but the location was great (about 10 minutes by golf cart to get anywhere).

Really enjoyed our time there. Some of the amenities, such as dishes and towels weren’t stocked for 6 of us, so hopefully that will be resolved. It’s probably become that way as the resort staff clean, and probably aren’t as attentive to items missing. Dishwasher didn’t work well or the blender, but not that big of deal. Really enjoyed the screened porch, and the casita stayed nice and cool with the A/C, despite the heat wave.

We had a great trip. We enjoyed onsite restaurants and pools. We spent more time at the house than anticipated due to weather and it was a very comfortable stay and they extended the stay short notice and even arranged for our golf cart rental to be extended. There was delivery available from restaurants so we did not have to go out in the rain.

Cute beach bungalows along the nicest stretch of beach in town. Quiet, sandy street in the day with beach bars across the street for the evenings. The host made us feel very welcome. The rooms were simple and fairly basic but had everything we needed and felt clean.

It is a 35-40 minute golf cart ride north, which I knew and liked. It was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets during the beach walks. There are 3 pools. Friendly staff and host was super responsive and helped me to extend my stay. If you are looking for loud music and party scene, go to town. Nice not to have to go out and to not hear all the golf carts.

A beautiful location to start your adventure. Conveniently located, you can walk to almost anything. Love the homelike feel and the ability to make our own meals. We will return in the coming years and hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again! From location to staff - five stars across the board ❤️ We were made to feel part of the community and asked daily if there were any issues or if we had any questions. Love this crew and can’t wait to return! Tracie

This was our second time staying here. Charlene is great and we enjoyed talking with her in the morning while having our coffee on the back patio. We like watching the wildlife back there. If you need reliable Wi-Fi, it’s not here. Maybe that will change soon. The only regret is I didn’t write down the recipes as Charlene told us how to make Belizean food.

First off, we had a fantastic week and cannot say enough about Aiden and his family, Alfredo, Eremita and Roxie. They take such good care of you and really make things easy. We especially enjoyed Eremita's cooking. It was really nice to have a home cooked Belizean meal to sit down to. We ate every meal together which was great Now some other aspects....The house is far from town and very private. If you want to go out to a bar every night and shop this may not be the place. But if you want to relax and be taken care of this the place. There are kayaks and paddle boards to get to the reef and great snorkeling. For the excursions we did they picked up right at the dock...this was arranged by Aiden and a really nice feature. We did rent golf carts so we could get around, but there is plenty at the house besides snorkeling...badminton, volleyball, corn hole etc. And the best of the week...there were two turtle nests that hatched. A once in a lifetime experience and adorable!

The house was great for our family. Exactly as described. Mahogany Bay is a very safe area to be in. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible time and hope to come back some day! Andrew was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We especially loved the pool! And we loved our day of snorkeling with Chocolate so much that we booked a second day! Roberto was also super amazing in helping us schedule all of our excursions!

Such a beautiful, private stay in San Pedro! Athena's place is centered in Mahogany Bay but has its own private feel to it. We at first got lost at first trying to find the area, but host was amazingly responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The place itself has so much space and all the amenities you need. Super cool that it is right next to the pool club (which you can use any time as long as its open, without needing to purchase food or drinks). There is also a small store for coffee/food right across as well. It is located only 13 minutes away from the downtown which added a nice feel away from the town. Checkout was seamless! We would book here again in a heartbeat! Just a note ~ Athena's place IS in Mahogany Bay but is not apart of the resort. Access to other Mahogany Bay amenities (like their resort pool, beach club) is not accessible.

Once we booked the Airbnb, Corrina set us up with Marilyn, a concierge, through text. She took care of the logistics from Belize city to the house. She made the transfer flight reservations, to the golf cart rental. Marilyn, met us at the airport and we followed her to the rental where she gave us a tour of the house and answered all questions. Marilyn was very responsive to any questions throughout our trip. The house was perfect for our group. We traveled with our grown family of 7 adults. All 4 bedrooms where clean and appropriately sized. The view of the ocean is amazing. The house is perfectly located close to everything. We spent time in the pool and playing corn hole all while gazing at the beautiful sea. I would totally recommend Le Reve Beach House when visiting Ambergris Caye!!

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

The house was great! Perfect for our family of 5. The hosts were very welcoming and receptive to any requests. The house was clean and cozy. Beds were all comfortable. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have room for opening your luggage and does not have a closet, but we managed with our luggage in the living room. It did take a little time for our children to get used to not flushing toilet paper, but they adjusted. Overall, house was a wonderful experience! Note for Belize travel (not just limited to this home), bring bug spray.

Conch Shell Cottage is a beautiful home in a lovely resort community. It overlooks a waterway with beautiful trees which during our stay were home to a group of iguanas! The house was perfect for our mother daughter group of 8. The staff were super responsive and helpful. They booked us a wonderful catamaran ride for snorkeling. There is a small private pool at the house and access to the larger poop at the pool club (you must spend $50 per 2 guests per day for access which is easy to do with drinks and snacks or even a meal- food was excellent and staff so attentive and friendly). You’ll need transportation to get around so be sure to rent golf carts. I highly recommend the property.
