Condo was great and the description was spot on. As other reviewers have said - pull in front when you first arrive to avoid some of the interior stairs.

The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is gorgeous! The property is as it is described except, I think the view is even better in person. Everything was in good working order, and I enjoyed the location close to both Hiawassee and Hayesville. A great spot for a small family, or couple, to enjoy a relaxing get away in the mountains.

The entrance is around the corner of the building but otherwise the space is large, comfortable, walkable, and is as described.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Close to everything and walkable if you like a short hike to downtown. The beds were very comfortable with ensuite baths, it was perfect in every way. Thank you, Cyle for providing a very accommodating and memorable stay!

The condo was in immaculate condition. Very modern and nicely furnished with a beautiful decor. Location was in walking distance to the main streets, bars, restaurants & shops! The highlight was that it is located right along the Chattahoochee River and next to the park with lighted Christmas trees, park swings , Gazebos and benches. This allowed us to enjoy the nature in it’s own back yard! 10/10!🤗😍❣️

This condo was perfect. Walking distance to all the places downtown, clean, spacious , up to date. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend get away.

Excellent townhome in the perfect location! We frequent Helen and this is a wonderful location. The home was well decorated, had everything you could need, thoughtful touches throughout. We were a family of 6 and it was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The porches are wonderful! Will absolutely stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for a couple visiting Helen. It’s a 10 minute walk to tubing, which is so efficient and helpful! Cyle provided detailed instructions on how to get to the place- the included pictures made check-in a breeze. The place was clean and quiet. The porch was a perfect peaceful escape, even in the mornings it was nice and cool.

Overall our stay was great, Edward was very responsive and accommodating. There were moments of high traffic in the space above the room that was noisy, but overall the space was perfect. Short walking distance to everything in town, including the city playground that's just up the hill!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore Helen and it’s beautiful downtown area without the hassle of finding parking and driving in and out of the pedestrian-heavy area. Beautiful townhouse-style condo with clean rooms and lots of space. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Helen for a getaway where you want to stay out of the car.

Very nice condo in an excellent location/close to town. We walked to all the shops and restaurants etc. Leonard was extremely responsive with whatever we needed. Just a note : the pics on Airbnb show hardwood type flooring in the common areas but it is actually carpeted. It wasn’t a problem for us but just something to note if that’s important to you . We had a great stay !

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

A very nice place just a short walk from downtown Dahlonega! Stacy thought of everything! I came up for the Bear on the Square festival and it was the perfect place to be close to the action. I would say it felt like home, but honestly the Boyd Nest is nicer than my actual house haha. I just wish I had been able to spend more time there!

The waterside view was beautiful and peaceful! The place had everything we needed for a great time at Octoberfest for my husband’s birthday!

The place was nice and close to everything. Everyone I met from the establishment was very nice. The only negative was he did not respond to messages about checking out. We were checking out very early and there was no instructions on what exactly needed done. Other than that, the place was nice and well worth what we paid for it.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

Great option to stay here if you are attending an event at the Brasstown Resort. It was only 6 minutes away and had all the comforts of home—full kitchen, comfy furniture, and Peej at the lake. Close to a few restaurants and bars. Overall—great alternative to some pricier stays in the area. Although, it was still a bit pricey for being such a basic place. The A.C. unit wasn’t working the first night but they quickly came and got it fixed the following day for the remainder of the stay. Good location and clean.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

This location was beautiful and quiet, but close enough to everything that it was easy to get around. It can be walkable, but there is a bit of a hill. We were there when the leaves' color change peaked, and the location was perfect. The accommodations were spacious, and we really enjoyed the deck.

I visited Toccoa for a cousins wedding and this condo was the perfect place for my parents and I to stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with everything you need.

Great location and close to great restaurants. Second floor patio was very relaxing and private with an amazing view. We will definitely be back.
