Welcome to The Wheelhouse! My name is Natalie and I am 12 years old. Me and my brothers and sister saved up our PFD money and bought a rental house. When we bought the house it was in pretty bad shape. So we ripped everything out and remodeled it as a family. The money we make will go into our bank accounts for college savings. We kids will be your hosts and if you have any needs or concerns, or if you are not satisfied call us! We will of course have parents to back us up, if needed.

Chinook

Just three blocks from downtown and all amenities. This is a private room and bathroom with your own entrance in my home. It is equipped with a mini fridge a microwave a coffee maker and teapot. Coffee and tea are supplied. There is one full size bed and a desk with two chairs.There is a nice seating area on the deck.There are shared walls with other units so we kindly request your courtesy with noise. I am a long-term resident here and have good local info.All nice people welcome here.

Cozy and Bright Cottage

Welcome to your perfect Cordovan retreat. Located right in town, you can stroll to the store or hike up to the ski hill. The deck is perfect for having a cocktail or bird watching. Feel like you’re falling asleep in the trees in the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. You also have the opportunity to purchase local seafood, which can be waiting for you when you arrive. Coffee, tea and cooking basics are provided. We hope you have a great stay!

Hucklebeary House

Tucked away in the woods next to a bubbling stream, Hucklebeary House is a peaceful 2 bedroom house located a mile and a half from downtown. In the fall, the stream can overflow with pink salmon so watch for the occasional black bear searching for huckleberries or grabbing a quick fish snack. We provide a cozy base to relax with full bath, washer and dryer, a Roku TV, a chest freezer for your convenience, and a deck with chairs overlooking the stream and backyard.

3 story newer home within 5 min of walking anywhere in down town Cordova. View home overlooking the harbor. 5 min walk to reluctant, anchor bar and grill, ok, community center, pool, bidarki gym. Master bedroom has king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a common playroom with twin bed. Also have a sofa in living room. Master bedroom has a soaking jacuzzi tub with window overlooking harbor. all bedrooms have views. small landscaped yard with sauna.

Black Bear Cabin on the Eyak River

This studio cabin has a queen size bed, futon sofa, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, BBQ, chest freezer, wifi. There is parking right next to the cabin. You are a stones throw away from a beautiful lawn with lawn chairs and fire pit and right next to the beautiful green Eyak River. We're nestled at the edge of the Chugach National Forest and the Prince William Sound in Cordova, Alaska. We are located 6.5 miles away from the city of Cordova.

Our downtown location makes it easy to walk around town, great for business or pleasure.

Rustic home

This free standing house is close to everything, making it easy to walk anywhere in town. It’s my home for most of the year, and remains set up for you to walk in and make yourself at home. She’s cosy and has plenty of character. The kitchen is fully equipped, the second bedroom is about to get a new bed base so will be a little more comfortable than the current photo shows. The beds will be covered in updated linen.
