Vacation rentals with a patio in Copanello

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

The apartment is very large and clean practically attached to the beach, parking present on the property. The owners are very kind and helpful. The lack of a washing machine may be the only downside if we want to be fussy.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

It is an accommodation on the outskirts of town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Giuseppe’s was a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and we would stay here again easily! We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Siderno!

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

The room is beautiful, with a wonderful sea view and very comfortable. Chiara was extremely helpful and flexible, including check-in and times. I will definitely be back in summer so I can also fully enjoy the beautiful panoramic terrace and pool. Highly recommended experience!

Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Truly a nice experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will.
