This newly remodeled spacious basement unit in downtown Niwot. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. Comfortable clean living space with cozy beds makes for a great stay in our home. Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). This basement unit with separate entrance is a wonderful location for your vacation or work trip.

It is tucked along the walls of Boulder Canyon making it an ideal location for fly fishermen, rock climbers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. Hello, We are family of three: myself, my daughter and cat would be happy to have you at our newly re-modelled basement. The basement is on garden level, it is fully refurnished and it has a main room with a wet bar, a small bedroom and a bathroom. It has a private entrance. New paint, new carpet, new mini fridge and all new kitchenware, dishes and etc. For sleeping there are a queen bed with a new mattress and unfold couch with a comfy mattress. Nice backyard, cute swings. No Pets.
