great location very central. great friendly hosts. apartment was cosy with all kitchen appliances you could need, a small but well equipped bathroom. shower was very powerful and nice and hot, bed was very comfortable,a nice little outdoor seating area. would definitely recommend this accommodation

The place was a perfect location, few munites walk to the beach, shops and restos. All things needed also to make our stay comfortable is provided. The place is also spot on clean. Thank you for accomodating us oncw again to your place.

The apartment is in a great location, with off-street parking. Restaurants, shops and the beach are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, modern and well equipped. The owner had left supplies for breakfast, and chocolate brownies, plus tea, coffee and sugar...which was a lovely touch. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Dan is a friendly landlord, and he provides a very detailed travel tips in the lounge. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance to the sea front.

Joy's place was as good as the pictures shown on Airbnb. Quiet area, with fabulous view of the sea at Old Colwyn. Felt safe, with plenty of roadside parking and really felt like home from home. Loved the sea/boat theme throughout and the attention to detail given, plus all the little extras like a welcome bottle of fizzy in the fridge and chocolate cookies. Even to having foil ready in the oven, should you wish to cook a hearty breakfast. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Joy for having us and for such an amazing, relaxing place to stay.

Stayed here for a month due to working in the area Really glad we found the apartment, couldn't fault it at all. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Lovely clean accommodation with easy check in for a late night arrival. Convenient shop downstairs and plenty of parking. Accommodation is well stocked with everything you need like fresh towels, bedding etc. flat is nicely furnished throughout. Only negative is to expect alot of light early in the morning because there is blinds but not curtains up at the windows. Would absolutely stay here again when we visit the area again.

A fabulous apartment in a wonderful location It's much more spacious than it looks in the photos and despite being adjacent to the railway line, this did not affect our stay. The road is noisier ! Can I suggest that the directions should say turn into Marine Crescent off of Station Road as it took us some time to find the entrance as even the sat nav isn't accurate using the postcode Plenty of kitchen equipment and the showers were great. We had one issue and after a message to Ellen, this was sorted out promptly. The view from the apartment alone is worth booking as even if the weather is disappointing as it was during our stay, just watching the changing vista is so relaxing and we definitely want to return The train service is great and on the doorstep literally, so cheap too so we didn't use the car. Betws y Coed journey along the Conwy river is so scenic by train and it's 4 minutes into Llandudno. Conwy is worth visiting and the beaches in the area are fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, nice basement flat with only 2 stairs at rear entrance. We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely recommend this property to all our family and friends.

We were visiting for the Welsh Snooker Championship and Adrian's house was perfect - near enough to Venue Cymru that we could walk, as well as being near the town for restaurants and shopping etc. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and will be our first choice when we come back in 2026 - if not before!

Very helpful host, the apartment is light and airy and has its own patio and garden. Good location to walk into either Llandudno or Conwy.

Pretty much as perfect as it gets! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, very well equipped, very comfortable (especially the beds) and a proper little home from home. Books and games for the children are a little added bonus. Location is excellent, situated pretty much half way between both the North Shore and West Shore beaches. A few minutes walk and you are right in the heart of Llandudno yet the immediate area around the apartment is very quiet. There is a park less than a minutes walk away which is ideal if you are taking a dog along. There are also small supermarkets and takeaways all only a few minutes walk away. Clare's communication is also very good. Messages are answered very quickly. We would 100% book to stay again. Thanks for allowing us the book and stay at your apartment.

Kathryn was our heroine in our hour of need after a couple of other hosts cancelled with issues such as maintenance and a gas leak I'm not the type to look for faults but would be hard pushed to find any. Great homely place and a perfect spot for exploring north Wales. I only hope she'd have us back as I delegated the cleaning to my children. Incidentally they are of an age where they can be useful. Yes to other parents, there's light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you

We loved it! So comfortable, so convenient to pier, prom,beach,shops and great Orme.Attention to detail. And extremely well equipped.Peaceful and quiet. So relaxing. Cant recommend enough!

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

We’ve had a lovely few days at the apartment with our family. The location is great for visiting different beaches and the surroundings are just beautiful. Our kids especially loved the goats and chickens! The hot tub was very spacious, we loved sitting in at night and enjoying the view. Damien was a great host that always replied very promptly. Little heads up for families with young children, it might be worth bringing a black out blind for the skylight in the bedroom as our children woke up very early due to the daylight. Damien said it is something they would be looking at fitting soon. Overall We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

We had a brilliant stay at Hendre Hall. The house was immaculate, really clean, modern yet homely, and well equipped with everything you could need. Most bedrooms had en suites, and the beds could be set up as doubles or singles, which was great for our group. One room didn’t have an en suite but still had a bathroom nearby. The setting was quiet and private with beautiful countryside views from every window. The garden was huge, with plenty of seating areas and a wood-fired hot tub. It’s a short drive to local supermarkets and ideally located for exploring only five minutes from Portmeirion (honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in the UK), and close to Porthmadog, Snowdon, and plenty of charming towns and pubs. Rachel was a lovely, welcoming host and made everything easy. We’d absolutely recommend Hendre Hall to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in North Wales. Highly recommended for families or groups.

A beautiful home from home at The Beach House. we loved our stay. it was clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. A beautiful beach on the doorstep with the amazing Another Place. A short walk to the train station and direct into Liverpool in 20 minutes. perfect. Thank you Lynn.

We loved the farm and farmers too! Our kids enjoyed feeding the animals, using the pool and playing with other guests children. The location was great and provided easy access to the places we had planned to visit in the area. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much. Really great people! We will be back again for another lovely break!
