Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Conversano

This was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and well-equipped, but the warm hospitality really stood out. The host greeted us with a delicious home-cooked dinner by their aunt, served with wine—a generous and memorable welcome. The cozy fireplace made for relaxing evenings, and the kitchen was the best-stocked we’ve seen—an absolute pleasure to cook in. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and mornings on the stone terrace were a delight, with coffee and birdsong in a serene setting. Surrounded by fig trees in a small orchard, the house had fresh fig jam made from the property’s fruit, along with bread, milk, coffee, and muffins provided at check-in. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location allows for easy day trips—many great spots are within ~30 min. drive. A highlight was our visit to the Walking Wine store (Ostuni) spenting a lovely evening with Graziana & George. I recommend staying >week to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of this region.

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

Beautiful typical apartment on several levels with a rooftop and several balconies located close to the historic city center. Free parking space available in the adjacent street. Massimo is a proactive host, very welcoming, available and friendly. We enjoyed the rosé, taralli biscuits and water offered on arrival. Massimo also helped us carry our luggage up the steep stairs. The apartment is tastefully decorated and full of character. There are 2 large beds, one in a bedroom and the other in a mezzanine, as well as a sofa bed if needed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a seating area. We would recommend this beautiful accommodation in Ostuni without hesitation!

Ina’s place was a hidden gem in the most perfect location in Puglia. Very easy to find via Google maps and super close to the main attractions in Puglia….a few minutes away from Alberobello. The villa was very clean and in such a quiet area. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Great Place. As described. Host super responsive Only issue is we couldn't get Netflix to play on the TV but that's minor. Super clean apartment, well decorated, and good location. Sannicandro di Bari is my mother's hometown, and it was great to see.

My family has been staying in airbnbs regularly for over a decade, and we've never had an experience anywhere near this exceptional. It wasn't just a place to stay; it became our home. From the warm greeting to the outstanding focaccia and remarkably comfortable bed, Martino simply goes above and beyond any host we've seen. One of the highlights was an introduction to a local ceramist who produces really special pieces. We were thrilled to see that we could easily walk into town or catch a train to the nearby towns. With fields of poppies, figs, and olives all along the way. We've left pieces of our hearts at Martino's home in Locorotondo, and we cannot wait to visit again. Grazie mille, Martino, for making us feel so welcome in your home. Martino offre un modo davvero indimenticabile per assaggiare e sentire il vero spirito della Puglia. Oltre alle sue eccezionali capacità di spiegare questo ricco patrimonio culturale, è anche un grande chef e un essere umano con un cuore d'oro.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Nicola was so nice and responsive to all our messages. Nicole came to meet us at check-in which was very easy. The location is very walkable to the historic area, close to train station and a supermarket on the corner of the building. Highly recommend staying at Nicola's place if you are visiting Bari.

It was really great to stay at Domenico's place! It was our first family holiday with a 3 yr old kid and due to some health issues we spent more time in the house than anticipated. Luckily, this house was superb and we had a fantastic stay as my son loved the house with all its owls ( so as we! ). Domenico was extremely helpful and ALWAYS responsive. We couldn't be more thankful for their concerns and help with our well-being! Can definitely say that despite this was our first family holiday it will be the most memorable for a long time! The place was super clean and well equipped for all our needs! Loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace!

The room is the same as the photos, very beautiful and cozy. Unfortunately, our previous trip was delayed, and the check-in time was shorter. If I have the chance to go back to Bari in the future, I might choose this one again. The room has capsule coffee, tea bags, biscuits, etc. prepared by the host. I can drink coffee in the morning. I really love coffee. I like the decoration of the room. The sunlight is full of warmth. The host is very nice. Because we checked in late at night, the next day we let us rest until 12 o'clock to check out. Thank you, Bari, see you next time🥰🥰

I would say no surprises! Everything corresponds to what is described, the house inside is basic, the veranda is the real plus of the house! If I may, I would add some kitchen accessories, a grater, a pair of scissors, and two extra coffee cups. But I'm glad I chose this house, which I will definitely consider for a future trip to Ostuni.

This accommodation was very good. The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the location. The only issue was some noise from the main floor as people were coming and going, but since I'm a good sleeper, it didn't bother me at night.

Everything was perfect, apparently very beautiful and functional! Domenico is welcoming and attentive.

The apt is modern and nicely furnished. It has all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. It is actually even better than it looks in photos and has a lovely sit out area which you can use on a good summer day. The apt is close to Cisternino and works as a perfect base to explore Puglian towns . Mariangela as a host is perfect ! She gave clear and concise instructions and was very prompt with her responses. Highly recommend.

The apartment was so cozy. It was very close to bus station which headed to the airport. The area was so quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the center and tooks like 15-20 minutes. Bed was soo comfortable, the terrace was nice to chill. Letizia is one of the fastest responding hosts I’ve ever met ☺️ She gave all the information to reach the apartment even I didn’t ask about that. She also wrote nice places to eat and drink. And wanna mention about Raffaella 🫶🏻 She is soo welcoming and nice to us. I love Bari and Im sure if I plan another trip there, Letizia’s apartment will be my first choice 😉

We felt comfortable and the covered terrace was great to use. Very quiet bedroom and good mattresses.

Beautiful accommodation within a good distance to the central station in Bari and to the old center of Bari. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The host was very accommodating on both our arrival and departure and helpful, responded quickly to messages. We definitely recommend a place to stay:-)

As mature couples we loved the country side style accommodation in a modern residence after being in the hustle and bustle of the cities that we have been visiting on our 7 day self drive tour of Puglia. Everything that was promised was delivered and would thoroughly recommend a two night stay so that you can explore the surrounding cities with ease and unpack for a short stay.

Anna's place is really beautiful and in the prime location. Would love to be back there again. We had a cosy time there!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect. We were a bit apprehensive about parking our car but turned out to be a non issue. We parked at the municipal parking at the station and walked to the apartment. About 10 minutes . Thank you. It really was lovely!

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!
