Open concept living provides a nice spot for a family vacationing or a single person looking for a place with all the amenities from home while traveling for work. Five minutes from all shopping. Quick drive to local ski mountains, PGA Golf Course, hiking trails, the Canadian border, and area lakes & rivers. Plenty of off street parking for any size vehicles including trucks and trailers. Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

100 year old 70+ acre family farm. This is a small upstairs apartment with one bed, one bath, kitchenette on a family farm. Owners are empty nesters and live on first floor. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful area. Walk the 70+ acres and feed the animals. We are right on U.S./ Canadian border. One hour to Vermont and Montreal. Stairs are on narrow/steep side getting up to apartment. Be aware this is a functioning farm. Chickens and other animals roam the property.
