Bonito apartment near downtown Mérida, good location, lots of cleanliness in the facilities, the pool is a plus when you get hot from the tours or walks, I would stay there again without thinking!

The house is just as shown in the photos, it is beautiful and with lots of lighting. Fabian was always very attentive and answered all our questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend this house :)

The entire stay at the accommodation was very pleasant, the place matched the photos and description, it was clean, it had the amenities mentioned. We really slept very comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And there were many places to eat around, and it was a good starting point to visit the different tourist destinations. If I went back on vacation, it would be a place I would look for again to stay. Thank you for the good stay.

We had a great 3 month stay at Yanue's place and felt at home there. The house is spacious, light and very comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning and enjoying the pool in the afternoon. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood exepted for school in the back, it was not a problem for us since we were getting up early to work, but it is to be taken into consideration if you plan to make the morning grace! Communication with Yanue was very easy, she always answered our questions quickly and was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well located, all amenities are close by and you are about 20 minutes by car from the center. I would definitely recommend it for a long term stay!

Casa Timesia is such a cool concept. The artwork is really impressive and it's fun that you can purchase the same items in the Timesia store a few blocks away. Speaking of "just a few blocks away," almost everything we wanted to see/do in Merida during our short stay was easy walking distance from the house. The new park La Plancha was huge and we liked walking there after dinner at Gin47 in the Gastronomic Zone. Communication with the host was also easy and the house/pool were spotless when we arrived. We will be back!

The house is in a super quiet area and easy to access, it has private and automated parking to enter and exit freely, José was always attentive during our stay and made sure we were well. The pool is a good size and was always cool. I would definitely stay again on my future visits to Merida.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

It's a pleasure to see that Merida offers places like this in the north, so close to Lavin Avenue, within the ring road.

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.

Fantastic host. And a fantastic stay. Apartment is well Located and clean.

The space is exactly as listed, there’s tons to do within walking distance and they were very responsive. Not a single issue: clean linens every week, upstairs pool was clean, hot water, your laundry gets done for you around the corner for 350-450 pesos. you’re 10-15 away from downtown but the DiDi rides are between 4-5 bucks and go EVERYWHERE. Easy to find, VERY safe, clean, they responded instantly to every message and let me do my thing for a whole month. No complaints, would 100% recommend

Excellent stay in Merida. Very close to The Harbor, Galerías, Siglo XXI. We had a great time. The apartment is super comfortable. I give it a +1 because the bathroom had a built-in bidet!!

Would stay again, great Host, I'm already making plans for my next stay.
