Stayed in Rose room for 1 month in August/September 2024. Last room at the end of the hallway, very quiet. Room was as advertised. Very clean, no unpleasant surprise. Security guards 24/7 provide a total peace of mind. Trang was always very responsive to any questions. Being close to a busy street (Đào Tận) the area offers so many different and delicious places to eat at, from restaurants to street food. It is also a walking distance to Lotte center and Vincom Center Metropolis, adjacent to Japan town if this is your thing. It's about 15min away from Hồ Hoàn Kiếm by Grab or 1-hr+ walk. Perfect to be away from the tourist area and have a Hanoian experience. I will definitely come back at my next opportunity.

Good location. So quiet. Pictures matched the description. I would definitely stay here again. So clean and staff very helpful. I will tell my friends who come to stay in Hanoi about this place. It’s about 15-20 mins from old quarter but within minutes from many local and Japanese restaurants. Thank you again !!!

I stayed at this place for about 17 days. The accommodation was clean and the host was friendly. Access to the city center is also very good. I want to stay again.
