It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

This lovely little place was perfect for a stop over. The accommodation was actually more nice in person. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Really easy to find and the host communicated really well. Thankyou for the eggs and milk 🙂 I would recommend to anyone, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, close the the town centre and only 10/15 mins walk to the coast. We were able to find on street parking 5 mins away. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was a large space and the hot tub was a great bonus.

House was tidy and neat . The hot tub was an amazing activity for the evenings. Sofas and beds are very comfy and perfect for relaxing. Outside table is perfect for early morning breakfast and amazing views with it. Beautiful experience !

We absolutely loved our stay at Louise’s countryside, garden house. The surroundings were beautiful and our dog loved it and was able to let loose in the huge garden. The bed so was so comfy and it had everything you needed for a romantic getaway. Louise and her family were so welcoming and friendly. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a countryside getaway!!!
