It was a short stay but very good. The room has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy and the house is very beautiful. Excellent location, only minutes walking to the bus terminal and the Quinta Vergara.

Just a tremendous experience. Central, spacious, quiet, tidy, but above all I highlight the good disposition and hospitality of Don Sergio that goes beyond what one expects. Details such as going to welcome you to the Rodoviario and the daily coexistence with a good conversation and a good coffee undoubtedly make a difference. I wish I'd known them before. They definitely want to be back. By location, price and quality, highly recommended.

Very nice stay. Viviana and her daughter are very friendly and hospitable people. The house is spacious, and the room has good lighting and ventilation, which is much appreciated on these dates. Everything is very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. Surely if we return to Valparaiso, we will stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, impeccable, sheets and towels, carport, nothing was missing. The thing about the staircase if they are many steps, but they leave you on the 5th. sector, or you can go down the street, the climb is lighter but the longer the path. Recommended. We'll be back.

Santiago's place is fantastic! Our arrival was smooth, and everything was as described. The room and the whole flat is spacious, beautiful and clean, and the huge rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out during the New Year's, watch the city lights and fireworks. Santiago himself is warm-hearted and very helpful, always taking care of his guests. We definitely loved our stay and would recommend his place to anybody! Fue fantástico quedarnos con Santiago! Su apartamento es tranquilo, muy bonito, súper limpio y tiene mucho espacio. Increíbles las vistas del cuarto y del techo. Santiago es muy buena gente, súper amable y siempre nos ayudó cuando tuvimos algunas preguntas. Nos encantamos, es muy recomendable quedar con él!

We talked as much as we could, since they were also very interesting people, related to music, which ended up in almost a personalized mini guitar class for my son Franco, who was happy with the kittens. Laura is a very welcoming host and gives us a lot of advice about things to do around. Everything is very functional and the accommodation has a very pleasant terrace with a very beautiful point of view on the cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Please note that a washing machine and dryer are available. Nevertheless, it will take 7000ps extra to use them.

Pleasant stay in a lovely room. The pool and the outdoor area were very nice. Andrea is a very helpful host, she gave us good tips for food and wineries. Also, she helped us with transportation!

It's a very nice place, with very rustic and beautiful decor. The view of the place was beautiful and a lot of vegetation. Ximena was a sweetheart at all times, she made us feel at home. Points to highlight, their pets, unfortunately we could not see the cat, but the puppy was a beautiful little thing, also the breakfast, very complete, it was 10/10.
