The apartment had everything needed to do everything, and everything was very clean and tidy. What we liked the most was that they had things for the dogs.

We had a great weekend, beautiful place, very comfortable apartment, a fascinating ocean view, well-maintained common areas and beautiful gardens, great kindness at the concierge, Playa Los Lilenes is suitable for swimming, ideal for having a heated pool, which is why we will return later

The beautiful apartment, super comfortable and with everything you need for long stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and we feel super safe, we did everything walking and a few streets away there is a bus stop that takes you to practically all places (beaches, mall, downtown, etc.) Patricia is super friendly and attentive, we had some other inconvenience but always ready to help. We would definitely come back <3

The apartment matched the description, I liked that it smelled good when I entered, it smelled clean, and it's nicely decorated. Vehicle access to the condominium was complicated for me, because the control never worked for me and I had to ask the concierges for help. (I tried many times) The communication when I mentioned this took a long time and didn't solve the problem. Anyway, despite the observations, I'd love to go back. Thank you so much.

we really enjoyed the stay in the loft, it is very close to everything and you can appreciate a very nice view, the environment is safe and residential.

The house is more beautiful than what you see in the photos, it has a closed gazebo (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decorative details, it has all the kitchen utensils (you don't need to bring anything), Valentina and Gladys are very kind and respond quickly to any concerns, we will definitely be back

Very well received and above all the place is 100% recommended. Very close to the center, transportation and all kinds of shops and above all the house had all the necessary amenities and even more… I would definitely return to the place, we were very happy.

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

Super complete apartment, with an amazing view. The apartment has many thoughtful touches so that you can enjoy yourself from the moment you arrive. Katherine and Andrea are geniuses, who were always ready to help. They got us a bigger garage and left us notes with super useful info.

Very good accommodation, as seen in the photos. A great location, close to the beach, downtown and in a very nice area to walk around. The building staff is very friendly and has a parking space available for the apartment. Highly recommended!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

Yesmina is a great host, always attentive to us and willing to help us at all times. The location of the apartment is amazing, with a nice ocean view and access to the shuttle service. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back.
