Todd's place was fantastic! The home was warm and inviting and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. We could see the lake from the house. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. Oh yeah, a BIG PLUS is that each time I messaged Todd, he responded pretty much immediately. That was a secure feeling - knowing that if we had any trouble, he would be quick to answer. 10 out of 10 recommend! Thanks Todd!

David was an amazing host! Our need for the use of his Airbnb was unique and he was beyond accommodating and helpful, which helped things run smoothly, despite some hiccups that we could have avoided had we followed his thorough directions. Lol! Overall, the experience was amazing!

This is not our first stay, but we are reminded of how amazing this hideaway is each time we come back! You instantly relax and unwind the moment you walk in the door. Thank you for hosting us yet again. The absolute best!!

My second stay here in two months and it felt like coming “home”. Just as peaceful, accommodating and serene as I remember. Being that I’m now a permanent resident of Athens, I will wholeheartedly suggest Donna and Ted’s place to friends and family who visit.

This was our first tiny house experience and it was awesome! We only got to stay one night but was definitely worth it! I wish I had brought my fishing pole! Jeremy was so great and quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. I’m super jealous that you get to live this life every day.

I absolutely loved Kat's cottage..probably in my top 3 favorites with airbnb. If you want fancy, this is not your place but if you are looking for charming, romantic and peaceful, you won't be disappointed! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and it was nice to look out the window each morning to see all of the animals beginning to graze for food in this tucked-away farm. I wish we could have spent a bit more time enjoying the space and seeing more of the farm and next time, we will. Kat was a pleasure as a host and I wouldn't hesitate to visit her cottage again!

This cozy tiny house is a hidden gem on a peaceful farm. We looked forward to coming home here after Clemson football games. Molly is friendly and even leaves delicious baked goods. We stayed multiple times and highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here. Perfect place for two & close to Athens. Kathleen was quick to respond when we had questions.
