Vacation rentals with a patio in Colonial Beach

We had a great stay in Maryland, made all the better by Kurt and Marilyn's great hosting. Their basement apartment has everything you'd need for a beautiful and relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen felt new and well thought out and overall the appartment was spacious yet homely. From the moment you get out of the car you know that they've put a lot of thought into this airbnb and worked to make it feel like a home. One of our favourite bits was the daffodil lined path, past the trees to the door. Every time we went in and out, seeing rabbits and squirrels on our way past and hearing the birds up above was so relaxing. Finally we would add that having hosts on-site means was an added bonus as any issues are quickly responded to and well managed. Plus they had great recommendations for where to go and what to see, was lovely to meet them. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Theo’s place! Everything was perfect clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip so enjoyable. We’d absolutely love to return! Highly recommend!

Location, both the island and apartment, is wonderful. View of the water. Close to restaurants. Our stay this May was peaceful. Host treated my spouse and I kindly. Super clean apartment. Advice: do the easy hike to Calvert Cliffs for fossils on beach. Visit the Annmarie sculpture garden and art center. It's a true gem.

Perhaps the most serene place I've ever been! Sits on a small cove which leads out to the Patuxent River. There's a dock over the water with lounge chairs where I just melted all my troubles away. Or just sit on the patio overlooking it all. Perfect host, wonderful place to stay. I plan to return.

Jessica's basement apartment was very nice and had above and beyond amenities for the price. She was responsive and friendly. I'm happy with the unit however the thermostat is located in the host's living area so you will have to coordinate a temperature with her but she was always friendly and accommodating. I would happily book with her at this location again.

Our family felt like home here! Brittany was very friendly, kind and responsive. The location was great, right next to the water and restaurants. My children really enjoyed. A plus was having the pack and play for my baby. Thank you so much to Brittany for making the stay feel very welcome 🙏🤗

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely BnB in Waldorf, Maryland. Richard and his wife were amazing hosts—welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. As a sweet surprise, she even gave us treats when we left! Highly recommend!

We came in very late our 3 hour drive turned into 4 1/2 due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. It’s was our safe harbor. Solomans island is very beautiful. Unfortunately we misunderstood the check out time on top of we were waiting on a boat surveyor. The place was clean and close to many attractions and shops.

This is our 2nd time being here and we were not disappointed! This house has a beautiful view. Pooja is a wonderful host. We were welcome with a basket of snacks. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. Pooja provided more than enough for our stay and we had everything we need. House is clean and beds are comfortable. My family had a great time fishing and kayaking. Thanks Pooja for your hospitality!

Most of the rooms were very large, plenty of room for air mattresses for the kiddos. Short walk to the water, quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time playing games, working on puzzles, and taking walks. The house is so well decorated, we seemed to see something new every day that we hadn't noticed the day before. Huge kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils/pans/small appliances, two dining tables. Great place for a family vacation!!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

Absolutely lovely! The home was so cute and such a peaceful location. All instructions were so clear and helpful! Truly a wonderful time.

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

The views are amazing!! Water view from main bedroom, living room, dining area AND kitchen. Plenty of space for every one. The bedrooms are very roomy. Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. I highly recommend!

We had the BEST time at Potomac Pearl. We were excited to check out colonial beach for the first time with our friends and our toddlers and wanted something a bit out of the way with space for the littles to play outside and plenty of space for both our families. This did not disappoint! It felt even more spacious than the photos and was truly perfect. The WIC & laundry room were both big enough to fit a pack and play (a must when traveling with littles), the hot tub was perfect for the grown ups after they went to bed, and the kitchen and fridge allowed us ample space to cook for our self and feel right at home. You are SO close to the beach. Five minutes straight down the road. Truly perfect! We are already talking about making this an annual trip!
