Mona’s place was beautiful and so cozy! It is small, but not small enough that you feel cramped. Her place was very tidy and I really enjoyed the decor she had. Very beautiful home. Would absolutely recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful little house on the lake and it was very serene. It was too cold outside when we were there to do much exploring, but the surroundings were beautiful. The house was well accommodated for its size and the bathroom/shower building was very nice and even included a sauna. I’d highly recommend this location.

We rented the barn dominium for a company offsite event. We use the lodging for the offsite planner and executive team and then the gymnasium space in the center for our meetings and a dinner event. Chad and the whole team of hosts were very responsive prior to our arrival so I could prepare for the delivery of rented tables and chairs as well as plan for our dinner event with our caterer. And during the stay, Chad and the whole team of hosts were very responsive when any questions came up. The house is gorgeous and the gymnasium in the middle is perfect for what we used it for. I foresee us doing more meetings like this in Des Moines and we will definitely be back! I can’t wait to host one when it’s a little warmer outside so we can use the fire pit and patio space in the back!

The house has a fully stocked kitchen giving us the chance to be able to cook our meals for the week. The fun game room kept us all busy. Also the 2 living areas made for a great place for the younger family members to spend their time together playing board games and cards. With still having areas for other to just sit down and talk. Just to many great things to see and do here. We loved the House Divided and will return. very attentive host took care of all our needs or questions

Our stay here was better than we even expected. the beds were the most comfortable we've had at an Airbnb. Leann and Joe were so clear in their communication, and even set up a pack and play for us before the stay. The home was cozy and welcoming with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved Lora's place. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful reading chairs. Simple kitchen but well supplied. The location was beautiful - cornfields, water, great outdoor seating and grand, open views of the land. Our favorite part of our stay was our walk through the cornfields with Chase, Lora's very agreeable companion. We will be back for another stay as there are plenty of hiking areas and kayaking.

Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday. Clean, cozy home as advertised. Lori was very helpful and accommodating. Great place!

They let us stay last minute. The place is great. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Amazing shower pressure and temperature. Was very grateful.
