Monthly Rentals in Collingwood

This was a fantastic partnership for us and made our time in Collingwood feel like we had a home to go to each night for our 3 month stay!

Great property! I stayed here for a month, so I was looking for a home away from home. This home was clean and had everything I needed. A few minor things came up that Patrick responded to immediately. The home is in a newer subdivision with rows of townhouses. It felt very safe with neighbors out with their kids or walking their dogs. I parked in the driveway, but there was a space available in the garage through a manual lift garage door. There is an unfenced back yard. Overall it is a very comfortable home about 5 min from downtown.

A well stocked basement apartment in a family home. Bed was very comfy. So was the furniture . Plenty of hot water and a great shower. Host was prompt in responding.

I had an amazing stay at Peter’s house this fall! The location was perfect for enjoying the autumn scenery, and the house itself was cozy and well-equipped. Peter was a fantastic host—he was communicative, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
