The place was very nice and clean. The terrace was the highlight. In case of problems, Daniela could always be reached quickly. There was a parking garage, which is narrow, but the hosts also had a solution for that. So everything was great. There was also a washing machine in the accommodation.

The apartment is in a very convenient location if you want to have the beach in the immediate vicinity. The traffic in front of the house did not bother us and we hardly heard the train behind the house. Communication with the hostess was always very pleasant and she always provided information very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Various shopping opportunities were available in the surrounding streets. The apartment is attractively furnished. Glad to come back!

Great location, close to the station to go to Genoa, and close to the beautiful walk Anita Garibaldi and the center of nervi. Perfect communication with Lidia Simple apartment with furniture to review, for the time we spend you can go but I would not recommend it to stay there more than 3 nights( little space) For a long weekend is great, the area is beautiful

we enjoyed our vacation days at apartment number nine. From the apartment you have a great view of the sea. You can quickly reach the small village on foot. It has nice cafes and good restaurants everywhere. Only the street was rather noisy. Especially if you had the windows open. We will definitely be happy to come back.

This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! Great place with 2 terraces overlooking the sea. Located directly on the local bike path and only about 40 meters from the sea. Great location! The place is super equipped and has everything you need. Nadia is always available and communicates proactively, so you don't have any stress. Just like it should be on vacation.

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.
