Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cloudcroft

We spent our Easter weekend here we had so much fun kids loved it. We all loved it Plenty to do. Plenty of space clean a great location. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place is very well thought out. A couple highlights: the water cooler! Such a good gesture since it’s so dry and hot! It has small package of everything you may need. Everything in the kitchen is spotless and ready to use. You also find wax and the sled for the white sands national park. I think it’s one of the best thought out house and I highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy driving access to White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, and other local attractions. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and we found it clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities provided. It really made our stay more enjoyable. Pro tip for anyone visiting White Sands National Park: check the garage! We were thrilled to find sleds and wax left by previous guests, which saved us from having to purchase them. We appreciated the convenience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a comfortable base to explore the region.

My mom and I used Cloudcroft as our hub for a week while visiting Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, Alamogordo and White Sands. It was so nice to return to Brianna's peaceful home in the mountains each night after full sight-seeing days. We also explored Cloudcroft's abundant shops, restaurants, Devil's Elbow and Mexican Canyon Trestle. The people of Cloudcroft were all extremely friendly. Brianna's home was as pictured/described and clean. She proactively dropped off a new water jug and coffee beans. The artwork around the home was mainly Cloudcroft themes including prints by local artist Samantha Odom, who also created the public murals seen around town. And last but not least, be ready for daily visits from Mule deer families and once there were even a pair of wild horses that came by!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Eric is a great ans responsive host. Location is convenient, neighborhood is nice and quiet. House is beautiful, great layout plan without stairs , ideal for elderly parents. Kitchen is huge , well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

We've stayed at Rudy's amazing house before and loved it. Unfortunately our trip this time didn't work out as planned. But their communication is stellar and they are gracious hosts - would always recommend staying with them.

Carmen’s place is just like the photos. It’s a single wide, one bedroom trailer. She has the sofa made into an extra bed in the living room, two comfy recliners and a nice sized tv. The backside porch is pleasant with a grill, chairs and a patio warmer. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The heater definitely makes a lot of noise, as one of the reviewers said, but we slept through the sound. Very close to highway 82, which goes right through Cloudcroft.

The Fireside Mountain Retreat was the most amazing place we have stayed. It is wonderfully stocked if you want to stay in and relax, cook, exercise, meditate, and above all, reset your mind. The sun rises on the back porch with a beautiful and peaceful fountain. This made morning coffee, yoga, and wildlife watching rich and fascinating. The front porch is also wonderful for coffee and watching the mountains warm with sunsets and star gazing. Which was grand! There's lots of space for two couples to spread out, read, and enjoy the tranquility. The location is perfect for day trips. We shopped in Ruidoso, visited Cloudcroft, White Sands, Lincoln, and Fort Stanton. Cindy was an excellent resource for sightseeing and great places to eat. We enjoyed our visits with James and Cindy. They are both warm and easy to communicate with. Loved them! The pickleball was a blast! Matt and I had never tried it. We plan to make this amazing retreat a yearly adventure. Can't wait to come back again!

Charles and his wife were extremely welcoming and provided us with all the necessary details about the Airbnb. They were also very kind and sociable with my two friends and me. The place was immaculately clean and neat, with plenty of extra blankets and bedding that made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was also conveniently close to the Downtown area. All in all we had a really nice stay.

It was a relaxing stay. We had a mule deer come really up close on the last day of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was warm and cozy and kitchen was fully equipped. Kids loved the snacks.

We highly recommend this beautiful nest on one of Lincoln National Forrest’s mountain top. The cabin is nicely positioned for a wonderful view day or night. Wife and I travel with our furry family members and they absolutely loved it! The cabin was nicely stocked with everything you could possible ask for. The Hosts. Wonderful. We look forward to returning to this nest on the mountain top.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin in cloudcroft. We were 3 families with kids and loved the set up with the bunk/game room. The kitchen was well stocked for making big meals. We used this as a base for visiting white sands and hiking nearby. I would absolutely rent again when visiting the area.

From the amazing views of deer off the deck to the beautiful cabin itself this is one of the best stays in Ruidoso! Plenty of room for the family and we just felt so at home! All the little touches that the hosts put in to this place make it just an absolutely amazing place to be!!! We will be looking for availability here on our next trip 1st!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend at the Moonlight mountain lodge. Everything was perfect, the hot tub and game room was amazing. Every room was very nice and spacious. Also Alvaro was very helpful and very attentive to whatever we needed. Will definitely be back!!!!
