Beachfront vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach

We had a couple days to spend with family at Clearwater Beach and found this amazing place! They are correct, 70 steps and you have white sand and amazing views! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! Perfect! We decided to enjoy the restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. There were so many, but Grey Roosters's recommendations were spot on! We were looking for relaxing time and we received it! We will ne back! Thank you!

Eric’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was clean, and had everything would we would need. Great restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely come back again.

So to began the pictures definitely don’t express how close the beach is, once we checked in I mean the views of the beach from your first initial walk into the condo was amazing. The space was clean and included some beach supplies which was a great touch. The tv remote tests your patience lol but it does work! The host was easy to get in touch with and replied pretty fast too. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach, clean condo with amazing beach views I would recommend this place for sure!

Such a beautiful stay and so close to the beach! The place was equipped with everything you could need! Will definitely be staying here again!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This place is incredibly close to a beautiful beach. Walk out the door, down the stairs, turn right, walk for a minute and your feet are in the sand. We didn't leave the beach so can't give info on the area. This was exactly what we wanted. A place with a kitchen and close to a beach. Perfection. I would prefer a different shower head for washing my hair but that would not keep us from visiting again. The owners also have so many beach amenities available as well which makes packing light. 5 stars!!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to cook meals when we wanted, relax, and enjoy the area with ease. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. Easily a 5-star stay!

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

We really enjoyed staying here and being steps away from the beach. The host was very responsive when we asked questions throughout our stay.

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

Wonderful stay! Perfect beach house for a peaceful getaway. Home had all the amenities a guest could ask for, location was absolutely beautiful and host was very responsive. Would absolutely come back!!

We had a great stay! Jimmy and the cleaning team were wonderful. Due to unexpected weather changes right after we landed, we experienced a bit of heat shock and couldn’t follow our original schedule—we really needed a place to rest earlier than planned. Jimmy was very understanding and kindly allowed us to check in early, which was especially helpful since we were traveling with a child. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and easy. We truly appreciated the flexibility and warm hospitality—highly recommend staying here!

We booked this airbnb for a Bachelorette party and had the most amazing time. The place was exactly as described, Zarko was communicative and responsive throughout the whole experience, and it was an amazing location! It was perfect for our stay from the roof to the pool and the golf cart. Would stay here again!

We had a great time at this beach condo. It was very comfortable and spacious. The location is right on the beach just a flight of stairs down. Even on Memorial Day weekend, the beach was not too crowded. Really loved the laid back atmosphere (cuz I know Clearwater Beach was crazy packed). Condo had plenty of supplies, even more than listed. Didn’t need to purchase laundry stuff, paper products, tp, which is really nice. Appliances all worked well. Beds are firm but comfortable. Thomas was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

We had a great time. Very very nice place to stay. Beach was right there. Not crowded even on the weekend. Just wonderful. Lots of seafood restaurants around the place. Very comfortable and large, enough space for 5 adults and one child. No hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Amanda has been an incredible host. This is our go to place every time we look to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The beach was beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, Adam was very responsive and accommodating. Steps to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and towels for our group of 7. Loved the layout of the rooms, plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.

The house was great. The master bed was very comfortable. The location is walkable and easy access to the beach. Very nice beach chairs, cooler and wagon were provided which made our beach days very enjoyable. We found the projector and TV’s in the basement a bit complicated. There were instructions and the owner offered to help walk us through the set up. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning.

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

This condo worked great for us. The pool, hot tub and beach were perfect for our 4 grandkids ages 10-14. The locked storage closet with beach chairs, etc. was very convenient. We could also leave our beach supplies there throughout the week which kept the sand to a minimum in our unit. The wagon for hauling things to the beach was so helpful. It was nice to have a keyless entry so we weren't trying to keep up with keys. The view is beyond description. The sunsets were beautiful from our living room and balcony. The beach was not crowded in front of our building. As I walked down the beach in front of condos with many more rooms I appreciated this 4 unit building even more. Daniel was very quick to respond when we had questions. He was there every morning cleaning the pool and straightening the area. We noted how clean the outdoor shower was where you can wash off the sand. It was a perfect week and I hope to return.
