Enjoyed my stay tremendously. Love the covered dock/ porch area right on the water. The Heat/ AC filled the place up quickly and it was very cozy. Big +++++ for the TV size as well! Next time I stay I’ll remember to bring a fishing pole.

Can’t say enough about Mike & Karen’s historical cabin. Karen greeted us when we arrived , showed us around and gave us the history of the cabin. We felt like we had stepped back in time when we walked in , but with all the modern amenities . It was so peaceful and relaxing . Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch facing the pond , the walking trails , fire pit , tree house & swing . Karen brought us a pastry from a bakery in Savannah , and shared some of her homemade smashed vegetables from her garden . Their dog Ava greeted us daily and joined us on our walk. Feeding the massive catfish was fun ! The cabin was spotless , and beautifully decorated with antiques ! I loved hearing the floors creak when you walked on them . Thankyou for such a memorable stay , we were sad to leave !
