This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. So open and spacious and the view to the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely bath tub and was great to have a washing machine. No wifi, no problem. We read out on the deck listening to the ducks play in the little stream. Would highly recommend 😊

This house is in a great location, it's really nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is a lovely house, great for large groups of people. I would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The Cottage at Harrogate is the best place to stay when in Hanmer Springs. Its our favourite place and we try and book our stay there every year! Ryan and Ania keeps the place tidy, spotless and comfortable. It is home away from home—— with very cozy and functional! Their kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for our family of 6. And its just few minutes walk from all the restaurants and hot pools. Nothing more you can ask for! Ryan and Ania has been extremely helpful with flexible check in time and they even message me if we needed anything after our check in. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again Ryan and Ania! Beautiful house in a great location. Spent 3 nights here and throughly enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, tidy and well presented. Great for families. Highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future ❤️

Perfect little batch beside the seaside

Beautiful, warm, spotless property. Felt just like being at home! Check in was a breeze with very clear insturctions from Andrew. We arrived later in the eveing and walked into a warm and inviting home. Would highly reccommend this property especially for those travelling with children/teenagers.

Immaculate, like we were the first people to ever stay there. Bathroom is of impeccable high standard. Kitchen had all we needed for a 1 nighter. Can’t fault this: location ideal for access to all or Hanmers amenities. Perfect.

This a clean, spacious, and warm place to stay and it's right on the main road into town. would have liked to stay another night but it was all booked out.

Andy and Lynnie were phenomenal hosts. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was incredibly comfortable and well located - close to town and everything we had planned. We loved everything about this 2 bedroom apt! It was quiet, convenient, well stocked with comfy linens and kitchen things...and it was spotless. Our hosts were super friendly and ready with anything we needed. What a fantastic weekend stay! We will stay again - absolutely!

Absolutely incredible in all aspects. Location was mind blowing, snow capped mountains on one side and ocean on the other. Inside the cottage is beautiful, well thought out, high spec and pristine. Extremely quiet, private and peaceful. Bed is super comfy, not one bad word to say about the place. 5000/10 absolutely recommend. We'll be going back without a doubt.

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

Poppy’s place was in a perfect location—right across from the beach and just a short walk to the city center. The room was modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Poppy was smooth and easy, and she was very accommodating to our special requests. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Lovely little spot off the main road, super easy to find, yet extremely quiet and peaceful. Easy walk into the heart of Kaikoura. Perfect for a little get away.
