O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Tudo incrível! Obrigada!

Gute und große Wohnung, ideal für eine Familie, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt. Etwas außerhalb, aber die S Bahn Linie 8 ist direkt nebenan, mit der man gut ins Zentrum kommt. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet und es war kein Bild an der Wand, was der Gemütlichkeit etwas geschadet hat. Am Anfang funktionierten zwei Jalousien nicht. Wurden aber so schnell wie möglich repariert. Gute Kommunikation und Hilfe. Aufgrund der Lage zur S Bahn und sonstigen Ruhe zu empfehlen!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Host veramente disponibile! Tutto perfetto e tutto impeccabile. L’appartamento è ben organizzato ed il terrazzino è bellissimo. La casa si è presentata funzionale e comoda per lo spostamento 😄

We had 6 lovely days staying at Pierluigi’s apartment which was comfortable and clean. The apartment had all the amenities we required, including a washing machine. What we enjoyed the most was the sunny terrace with 3 seating areas, nearly the size of the apartment. Although it was a long , but walkable distance into the center of Rome, bus 46 was accessible nearby. There are however large amount of restaurants and shops nearby. Pierluigi was a responsive and helpful host.

Un accueil VIP, un appartement sublime et très décoré . Exceptionnellement situé dans Rome, tout est accessible à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Aure und Max haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das wunderschöne Grundstück lädt durch die alten Olivenbäume zum entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir den von Aure und Max angelegten Gemüsegarten mit nutzen durften. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft ist so aufgeteilt, dass wir die eine Hälfte des Gartens alleine und privat nutzen durften. Die Innenausstattung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Fußläufig ist der Campingplatz in der Nachbarschaft zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand und Seezugang. Mit dem Auto ist alles andere sehr gut erreichbar. Aure hat uns als Reiseführerin sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben und in der Unterkunft waren zusätzlich einige interessante Bücher über Rom und die Gegend Bracciano zu finden. Der Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Wasserversorgung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine entspannte und tolle Zeit bei Aure und Max. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Nous avons passé un mois chez Gian Piero. Le logement est agréable, la terrasse et la place de parking privés sont un gros avantage. L’entrée du parking est petite mais pour notre voiture (une Clio III) ça passait. Le quartier est agréable, il y a un bus à 5min qui vous amène partout dans le centre ville de Rome et au Colisée ainsi que le métro. Gian Piero est un hôte arrangeant et disponible.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. idéalement situé, il permet de tout faire à pied. petit bémol pour le bruit, les fenêtres isolent assez mal et les bruits de l'extérieur nous ont régulièrement réveillés. la terrasse est agréable, malheureusement le système d'extraction du restaurant d'à côté est assez bruyant et les odeurs de friture pas très agréables. enfin, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un petit coup de propre. tout le reste était impeccable

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

I honestly had the best time staying at Antonella & Simon’s place. I’d like to first start off by saying, Antonella is an absolute angel on earth. She was so kind, welcoming and responsive. It was my first time in Rome and she really made me feel so welcomed. The apartment is exactly like it looks in the pictures and so close to the Colosseum and other attractions. The bed was comfy and the Antonella provided all the amenities you can think of. I also felt extremely safe staying here as a solo girl travelling. I genuinely would recommend this place, and I will be staying here for my next visit also which I pray is very soon. Thank you again to Antonella & Simon ❤️

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. L’appartement est décoré de manière simpliste mais il est fonctionnel et au calme, tout en étant à deux pas du Vatican. La terrasse était très appréciable également, ainsi que la literie.

We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. The terrace felt very private and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the space itself was tasteful and well laid out. Giacomo provided a wealth of local information, including restaurants and things to do. Definitely visit Evo Hostaria! It’s less than a 5 minute walk away and was our favorite meal in all of Italy!
