Waterfront vacation rentals in City of Perth

We had a lovely 3 day stay. The apartment was spotless and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well laid out and the apartment complex was quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay at Rita’s place. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s also very quiet and private. It has a walk-in wardrobe to store our things. We especially like the huge bathroom with 2 separate sinks! Rita is also friendly, responsive and great in communication. We love and totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Fantastic location with everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach and with plenty of venues to choose from to dine at.

This was booked for my boss, a returning guest — a clear sign of how much he enjoys staying here. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and Karen is a responsive and attentive host.

Like a home away from home. Place was spotless and kitchen has literally everything you need. A pity we only stayed for a night. The only downside was the dryer function of the washer didn’t work but luckily the place had a drying rack that we could use. Highly recommended.

I can’t even begin to describe how much we loved staying in this beautiful apartment.Louisa was incredibly kind and helpful allowing an early check in with my sick mother and was always so helpful in all our communication.The apartment is located in stunning Cottesloe where the sunsets over the ocean took my breath away.Amazing views from the apartment and the gorgeous beach across the road. We had everything we needed, appreciated the thoughtful touches provided and loved the filtered cold/hot water tap and double glazing doors helped my husband who is a light sleeper. Wonderful cafes nearby and easy bus location around the corner that goes to the train station for easy access into Perth and Fremantle. Car spot was great for most of our visit and local area felt safe when we returned the car to utilise public transport and walk the area. My family want to move to Cottesloe now after such a wonderful week.Many thanks Louisa for all your help, we really appreciated everything.

I am the second out of two guests and unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure to meet Fiona in person but my partners word is as good as any so here goes! Let's start with the host: Fiona is lovely. She's friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We hope we were too Fiona. Thank you for everything. The place: Spotless and pristine. Kept so well and has every little thing you could think of, when staying in temporary accommodation. We stayed here 4-some weeks and were left wanting for nothing. Au contraire! The view we had. Uff, now this was the icing on the cake. (Almost) every evening, we had the view of the river and a beautiful (breathtaking) sunset. I'm not one for taking photos of everything but for sunsets like these, I've made the exception. With only our very best wishes, we bid your beautiful family home adieu.

Such a beautiful little place, close to supermarkets, cafes, beach and much more! Very clean, elegant, and newly renovated. Would definitely recommend :)

Michael is a brilliant host. I’m so pleased we booked with him. He is extremely communicative and beyond helpful with any/all of our queries. The house itself is fantastic and we felt completely at home. Michael was amenable to both an early check in and a late check out to help with our flight arrival/departure. I would highly recommend him as a host. The property is as described in the listing with lots of storage, comfortable beds and lovely swimming pool/al fresco area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay at “the loft” at Fabrizio’s. Firstly the location was ideal for visiting our son and family who live in the same area. The accommodation was just as described, it was clean, tidy and Fabrizio had put essential items inside( toiletries, washing powder etc) The kitchen was well kitted out with all the equipment needed to cater for ourselves. Fabrizio had listed where we would find other essentials like iron, wash basket etc We stayed for 7 weeks and Fabrizio made sure we had regular change of linen, towels, sheets. Fully fitted with air conditioning which was very welcoming in the heat. We had full access to the internet. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was lovely. Fabrizio was a friendly and helpful host, always around if we needed any assistance with anything. As we visit Perth on a regular basis we shall definitely be booking to stay here again. You can’t stay in a better location than this! Steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and house has everything you need and more. The board games were a nice touch. Gianni was very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our seconds stay at Maza’s place and we will be back again, definitely recommend. Perfect beds too, so comfy, all the amenities you need and more!

What a beautiful home! The space is much more spacious compared to how the photos look. We truly enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for our family, including our little one. The space had beautiful furnishings and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here when i visit Perth again :)

Angin and Sarah host a great place and it’s a convenient place to go around and enjoy the beach! It’s a nice home to have a short stay!

This was our second time visiting Perth, and we felt so lucky to stay in such a wonderful place. The house was not only beautiful but also perfectly located for a family getaway. We truly enjoyed the peaceful, family-friendly surroundings. The only thing we regretted was not having enough time. we packed too much into a short trip and didn’t get to fully explore all the nearby attractions. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this lovely place and experiencing even more, hopefully with a longer stay next time.

Wonderful spot overlooking the sunrise and Fisherman’s harbor. Close to all the many attractions Freo has to offer, most of which are within walking distance, yet pleasantly without the usual hustle and bustle that normally attracts Thank you, Chris

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

I enjoyed the view over the boat harbour and the accommodation was in a good walking distance to town. I hope I can comeback one day for another holiday.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. A lovely apartment in a fantastic location in Fremantle. Check in / out was simple. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linens and no clutter. Views of the boats and sunset over the ocean. Easy walking to all that Fremantle has to offer. Mary was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely stay again.
