Enjoyed our visit and stay at Yani’s place. Lovely house, fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

everything was perfect when we stayed there. cozy home. Very quiet and has a big park in front of the house. accomodate our big family nicely. and coles local just 2 mins away.

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. When you walk in all of the beautiful heritage features immediately make a lovely impact! The host Tristan is incredible, he responded super quickly anytime we needed anything and even rushed over when we accidentally locked ourselves out! The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are well stocked for anything you need also. A really small note would just be that there are definitely some small repairs required to some spaces and the road can be a little noisy but that’s not in the properties control. We had a lovely stay, thank you Tristan! :)

My (now) husband and I used this AirBnB to host his 10-person family for our wedding this past weekend. First of all, finding a place that can sleep 10 people in Perth is enough of a struggle, but to find something that's actually aesthetically appealing is even harder. This AirBnB is an absolute gem. Couldn't recommend it enough. It was nestled away in the most beautiful suburb, it was within walking distance of some great restaurants and even the salon that my mother and sister-in-laws got their hair done at for the day of the wedding. They raved nonstop about how beautiful the home is, all of the amenities (lots of basketball was played by the guys, and the girls used the gym), and the general location. They felt like they were living in a lavish hotel (and the goal was to make them feel spoiled), so mission absolutely accomplished. If I never need to house 10 people again, I will look no further than here. Thank you Kobie!

The house is beautiful and well located. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was fine until I left, when I received a message in which I was blamed for breaking a lock in a bathroom cupboard that confused me as there wasn’t one in either cupboard. Liked the place enough to rebook (I come to Australia often) but I was not comfortable with the lock ordeal.

David was such a gracious host, and the house was wonderful! Great location and yet so quiet and peaceful inside. Large space and great bathroom! Would stay here again!

Amazing location, next door to Freo market. Bit noisy in the morning but we were there on a weekend so to be expected. Nicole very easy to deal with and great communication. Beautiful outdoor area to sit and relax and 2 big bathrooms. Excellent amenities, washer, dryer Free parking provided close by which was brilliant. Overall we had a great stay and loved the location

Great great spot in Scarborough, I think I nailed it when I picked this place for my family’s first ever visit to Perth!! So easy to recommend it to anyone really

The Architects Warehouse Apartment is a perfect base to explore all that Fremantle and coastal Perth have to offer. It is an easy walk to Bathers Beach, Little Creatures Microbrewery and a host of world class coffee & brunch bars. We did not need a car, walking on well-maintained beach walkways to South Beach and the various harbour walls. Fremantle Train Station is a short walk away giving access to beautiful North Fremantle suburbs like Cottesloe and Mosman Park. The ferry to Rottnest is around the corner and the trip is definitely worth it. There are also a whole bunch of interesting sites within 10-15 minutes stroll including the WA Shipwreck Museum and the Fremantle Prison. The apartment itself is great in every way. We liked the quirky bathroom, and the space is so comfortable with every provision you might need. The hosts are clearly generous. Comms with Siggy was first rate - she was a pleasure to deal with.

LOVED this place!! A fantastic apartment very conveniently located, only a few short steps away from glorious Cottesloe beach! Rach’s place is beautifully renovated with stunning views and made for a very clean, comfortable and quiet stay. That is what was so great about the place, it is centrally located moments away from the beach, cafes (with great coffee!) and restaurants, yet quiet as just away from the main beach road, it really is a great spot. Rach was so welcoming & helpful with recommendations, everything was easy & perfect, thank you so much :-). We will definitely return when next in Perth!

Lovely old cottage in an unbeatable location. Kind and responsive host. Lots of character and everything you need. If you're after a pale, sterile new apartment this is possibly not thing (having read a few reviews). Fantastically comfortable bed and clean sheets, aircon did the job in spring. Interesting selection of books. Some nice recommendations for local cafes. And about as close to the best beach in Perth (IMO) as you can be!

Lovely place for a staycation and the little touches from Celia were a fantastic bonus, breakfast, a bottle of bubbles and a birthday cake (we were celebrating our birthdays) made our visit. Close to two pubs if you want to get out and about and has all the amenities if you want to stay hidden away from the world for a weekend.

Junko was the most graceful and helpful host. She made me, my children and our dogs feel right at home

My family and I had an amazing time at Lisette's home. The space is gigantic and really has a family vibe that makes you feel like you're at home. We spent over two weeks and the local tips were spot on. The house is in a great location to get into Perth, Freo and even over to Rottnest from Hilarys. I would recommend this home for anyone traveling with a large group or family.

Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a short or long term stay. The newly installed kitchen means you can be entirely self-catering if you like. The home is private, peaceful and secure. The bedding is extremely comfortable, as well as providing a very pretty space to relax. The newly renovated bathroom is spacious and the bath is just lovely. Lots of very nice places nearby for daily walks or a picnic by the lake, and regular buses connect easily to public transport. Kris is a very thoughtful and responsive host who provides all the help you might need, while also respecting her guests’ privacy.

Had a very good stay at this place. Was very roomy , open and perfect for a family to stay with shops close by and in a quiet street. The house needed a few repairs which will inform the owner/host of in more detail. The only downer was there wasn’t much in the way of complimentary items , such as cleaning liquids, sponges ,teas and coffee , which by standards of today in pricey AB&Bs , should be available. Last thing anyone wants to do when arriving is have to go to shops to get basic kitchen and laundry items . Other than that it was a pleasant stay indeed

It has been a wonderful stay! Neil’s place was very welcoming when we stepped into the place. The house is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful garden. It’s near to the beach when you can head there by foot and there are quite a number of choices for you to choose what you want to eat. Neil is a wonderful host and thank you so much for accommodating to our request. We will definitely come back here again. 😘

Jeff place was amazing I was on holiday with my family of 3 generations and Jeff’s house fit perfectly. Location wise was a good 30min drive to most of the place, very convenient. There are more than enough carpark if you are driving. Beautiful sunset from balcony as well. Wish I could stay longer, will definitely come back again to Jeff’s place if I happen to visit Perth again :)
