Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in City of Perth

Anna very kindly hosted our employee from New Zealand who was working at an office in Stirling Street. Great location.

Jeanette and Neil provided a great apartment for us to stay in on our first trip to Perth. It was centrally located for easy access to shopping, public transport and a range of restaurants. The apartment was well furnished with everything needed and the communication was both friendly and informative. Thanks again!

Mark and Suzie place is worth a long term stay! We've only stayed 5 nights and it definitely feels like home. Very comfortable. I've a toddler of 2 yrs and he enjoy the stay too. FYI, cot wasnt available for us but our tod is use to sleeping with us on the bed and that's fine with us. Mark and Suzie are very responsive and has provided us a cog for the bathtub without requesting. That's very nice of them. The kitchen are well equipped and washer/dryer are functioning well too. Uber and bus are easily available and walking distance to elizabeth quay station. The stay is just right opposite Kings park which is nice for a picnic. Highly recommended! Corey‘s place was great. He even met us at the apartment at 11 PM due to our late arrival at the airport. He always responded quickly to any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit everything was so close and we could walk to most museums and the waterfront.

Rob and Lorraine were amazing hosts! Their apartment was in great conditions, big rooms and comfortable beds. It has everything we needed for our stay with kids (games, tennis balls/rackets), access to the swimming pool, gym, etc. Kitchen fully equipped and easy to use. We loved to have the coffee machine and the pods available during our stay (thanks for that too!). Overall, great place, great hosts, easy to communicate and always helpful. The apartment is close to King's park and the CBD (~10 min walking). Very quiet and comfortable! We'll repeat for sure!

Had a very comfortable stay at Richard’s. The unit was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed. Appreciate Richard’s clear and timely communication to give us instructions and also to check in with us to make sure we are ok after providing helpful solutions for us. Highly recommended!

I'll talk about the room but first I have to talk about how Gillian have been amazing to us. She is a wonderful, friendly and funny women with such a beautiful soul. She is deeply kind, and helped us with everything since we landed in Perth. She want to make you feel home since the moment you come inside her place. Her appartment is quiet, cozy, and so comfortable. I had the best nights in the bed, I slept soooooo well. The bus station who goes directly in the city is in front of the appartement. Thank you Gillian for welcoming us as family, the backpacker's family !

Caron was an extremely welcoming and friendly host. She has a beautiful home with stunning views over the ocean. The house was very clean and vibrant and she showed us around as soon as we arrived, so we settled in very quickly. We had a lovely meal at a local restaurant that Caron had recommended, which was downstairs from her apartment. I would definitely recommend this stay in this great location.

This place was perfectly situated for me. Surrounded by cafes restaurants and 50 metres from a free city cat bus stop. $220 a day i thought was a bit stiff but the medium level hotel rooms are at the same level now and with no kitchen, laundry, lounge room and second bedroom. Some of the street types encountered close by need to be cleaned out by the authorities but its true of many places in Perth city at the moment. People I encountered living in the building (including those running the cafe on ground floor) were all v friendly and helpful. All in all Alex’s apartment was exactly what i needed and i would thoroughly recommend it to Airbnb travellers.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

Perfect stay in Perth! 5/5 My friend and I stayed for almost 3 months at Mark’s apartment and it is by far one of our best airbnb experience ever. Upon arrival the flat was sparkling clean and full of amenities of the best quality. Mark even provided groceries which was very agreeable. Everything is exactly like the pictures. Beds are big and comfortable. The sofa has been renewed and is nicer than on the pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. All cleaning products are provided for your stay. The location is safe, quiet and convenient: 15-20 minutes by foot to the city center. You may even say that you are in the fancy area of Perth. Buses are also available in front of the building. We were also provided two rackets of tennis which we used to play at the tennis field at level LG. There is also a great pool and small gym in the building. Mark greeted me upon arrival and explained everything. He was very friendly and responsive. I recommend 100%.

This apartment is truly excellent and the location is superb. The complex is quite large, however given the positioning and aspect of the apartment there are incredible ocean views, making it feel far more private and luxe. The bedrooms are large and the master bedroom is an absolute stunner, with a great open plan living/dining area that takes full advantage of the amazing views of the Indian Ocean. Great amenities throughout the apartment and the complex has tennis courts and one of the nicest 'resort pool' areas I've seen. Beyond the property, the location is just superb, with a short stroll to the beautiful Scarborough Beach, which is amazing with restaurants, bars and an amazing 'whale playground' for younger kids that blew their minds! There is a convenience/petrol store right next door and a full-line supermarket just a 5min walk down the street. Responsiveness & Communication from the host was really excellent also. Thank you!

Beautiful home stayed here for a weekend. Lovely place and would recommend. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved staying here :))

Lyda’s welcome to her home was friendly and thoughtful with a couple of unexpected gifts waiting for us - a lovely touch. Kitchen was very well equipped. The whole house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Lyda was always responsive to my posts. I didn’t need to ask any questions as she provided all the necessary information in advance. I would definitely recommend Lyda’s home.

My (now) husband and I used this AirBnB to host his 10-person family for our wedding this past weekend. First of all, finding a place that can sleep 10 people in Perth is enough of a struggle, but to find something that's actually aesthetically appealing is even harder. This AirBnB is an absolute gem. Couldn't recommend it enough. It was nestled away in the most beautiful suburb, it was within walking distance of some great restaurants and even the salon that my mother and sister-in-laws got their hair done at for the day of the wedding. They raved nonstop about how beautiful the home is, all of the amenities (lots of basketball was played by the guys, and the girls used the gym), and the general location. They felt like they were living in a lavish hotel (and the goal was to make them feel spoiled), so mission absolutely accomplished. If I never need to house 10 people again, I will look no further than here. Thank you Kobie!

Alanya was amazing to deal with who has a lovely home in a perfect location. The home had everything we needed to make it complete. The outdoor area was perfect to relax and chill out. We came to Perth for a small get away to explore the surrounding city with friends. Location was perfect and close to everything. Definitely highly recommended.

Chantal was an absolutely great host. She was very accomodating to all our requests, which was very much appreciated, especially being that we travelled with a 2 year old. The house is absolutely fantastic. It has 3 big bedrooms that all feel like master bedrooms plus a childrens bedroom. The listing is accurate, and we thoroughlly enjoyed out stay. We highly recommend both Chantal as a host, as well as her home.

Outstanding! A beautiful, bright, open and airy home well stocked with all the amenities you needed for a comfortable family stay. The resort-style backyard is an absolute pleasure to enjoy and relax after a morning at the beach. There is a small shopping complex with supermarket and great dining/take-out options within walking distance. Very thoughtful touches left by the host were appreciated to help us settle in after a very long flight. Communication was easy. It will be our home of choice for future visits to Perth.

Beautiful house with gorgeous garden and pool. The property is very well maintained. The property has real villa vibes and we really enjoyed our stay. I wouldnt hesitate to book this house in the future. Nicole has been such a great host.
