awesome space to stay when in perth! host was friendly and really helpful. place was clean and comfortable. will book again when we are back!

Louise and Jenny's place is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is located in a classy and quiet neighborhood. It has a nice view of Perth city at night. About 10 mins walk to a 24-hour grocery store called 'The good grocer', they have a wide selection of local produce. Might be a little bit difficult to get an Uber during rush hours in the morning because most drivers are busy in CBD, so if you have any plans in the morning, expect about 10-15mins wait for driver to arrive. Overall it is a lovely home, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Second time hosted by Amanda and just as amazing as the first. The design of the unit is lovely and very cozy and makes you feel right at home. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Staying close to the train station definitely makes visiting the city heaps easier.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

We have now enjoyed Michiel’s hospitality on two occasions and we are very happy with everything. He is a great host. The apartment is perfect and an handy for transport, pub, associated bar with great music.

Great pad near the beach. Heating and cooling a/c unit was really useful. Nice espresso pods ready to use. Great stay.

Perfect stay in Perth! 5/5 My friend and I stayed for almost 3 months at Mark’s apartment and it is by far one of our best airbnb experience ever. Upon arrival the flat was sparkling clean and full of amenities of the best quality. Mark even provided groceries which was very agreeable. Everything is exactly like the pictures. Beds are big and comfortable. The sofa has been renewed and is nicer than on the pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. All cleaning products are provided for your stay. The location is safe, quiet and convenient: 15-20 minutes by foot to the city center. You may even say that you are in the fancy area of Perth. Buses are also available in front of the building. We were also provided two rackets of tennis which we used to play at the tennis field at level LG. There is also a great pool and small gym in the building. Mark greeted me upon arrival and explained everything. He was very friendly and responsive. I recommend 100%.

Tracey and Gordon’s place is beautifully appointed and full of charm, and despite being a semi detached space with other rooms available to rent, the apartment felt completely private and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! Travelling with our dog was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Iain’s functional and stylish room was really comfortable. We had everything we needed for our daily life. Also, he was friendly and really kind to us.

We had a fabulous stay at Applecross in Tony & Mel's place. Mel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed, right down to snorkels for a visit to Rottnest Island. Mel was available when we had any questions and welcomed our children and ourselves like family. The basketball and trampoline kept the kids entertained at all hours, and whilst it wasn't quite warm enough on this occasion to take a dip in the pool it was spotlessly clean and inviting. The bikes were a hit with our kids - great safe neighbourhood with a long bike track for them to explore and burn off some energy. The multiple entertaining / lounge areas were a bonus when everyone chilled out to their own taste of tv show. The beds were super comfy and we really appreciated the pantry staples to get us started. Mel is amazing and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We hope to stay there again on our next adventures to the West Coast! Thanks Mel, Tony & family.

Marie and Jan are a lovely couple that made our stay really confortable all the time. It was really nice to shared a few days with them because they made us fell at home. All the amenities were nice and the place was always clean and tidy. We felt safe at the neighborhood even during late walks and had a quickly access to the mains transports ways.

From start to finish this was a great place for a short break. A perfect location, close to all amenities and relaxing. If I ever need to I will book here again.

I'll talk about the room but first I have to talk about how Gillian have been amazing to us. She is a wonderful, friendly and funny women with such a beautiful soul. She is deeply kind, and helped us with everything since we landed in Perth. She want to make you feel home since the moment you come inside her place. Her appartment is quiet, cozy, and so comfortable. I had the best nights in the bed, I slept soooooo well. The bus station who goes directly in the city is in front of the appartement. Thank you Gillian for welcoming us as family, the backpacker's family !

This place had everything that we needed. We felt right at home. Thanks Leisa so much for the opportunity to let us stay, we would do it again.

It was a great stay with Chrissy. If you need someone to have a chat and make a friend this is the place for you. Place is located within close proximity to the CBD so can travel with ease. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasure staying with her. She took me out shopping on the last day in her car since I came for an official visit and was going by taxi. I can recommend Chrissy to be a great host.

*** Fantastic location, homely clean apartment*** This gem was a great home-for-the-week while we were on conference at Crown Perth (only a 10-minute drive away). The whole property seems a bit old, but it is well-kept. It has free basement parking and is nestled around great eateries (coffee, Italian, kebabs, supermarket). It is only a 5-minute walk to the best playground in the CBD. Highly recommended as Alex was great at communicating and assisting our family to feel settled. Full kitchen, washing machine + dryer, comfy beds and bedding. We loved having breakfast on the patio, watching birds, and in the evening, having dinner overlooking the city. Thanks again, Alex, great stay.

Very spacious place with a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again. The key for the apartment had to be picked up from a different location, if you didn’t have your own car, it could be complicated to do.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

I stayed at Matt's place for 9 days, my first 9 days in Australia, and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my long-term move. The description of the house perfectly matches reality: it has everything you need and more to meet your needs. Sharing the space with Matt felt natural, with no sense of intrusion, and I immediately felt comfortable. The location of the house is fantastic, close to the train station and essential services, in a beautiful area to explore. Moreover, Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with various tasks during my stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at Matt's place to anyone looking for welcoming and well-connected spot. Thank you for everything Matt!

Pia was very nice host and communication was easy and fast :) The apartment is offering everything you need for a nice stay in Scarborough. Nice and big rooms, close to the beach, a parking lot, a lovely decoration and more. One of our favorites on our trip through WA.
