Love the landed heritage house. Easy to park our rented car. Check in was easy and the house was in excellent condition. Easy to liaise with property operator. It's more like a home because the kitchen is well equipped, washing machine and dryer provided, iron and ironing board available, long bath, fridge etc. It's a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s place is spacious, clean and well located. Sarah is prompt with her communication and very helpful throughout the stay. Well recommended!

An absolute pleasure staying in your house, everything was spotless and well though out. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic, the house was exactly what we needed. The additional public spaces were especially welcome offering a quiet space for reading away from the 2 television areas. All our family has a superb time at park life, great accommodation, great transport links and more cafes, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Thanks to you both for allowing us to stay with you.

My family (two small children and visiting grandparents) stayed here for a month while I was working at Curtin University. location is great for the bus into the city. close enough to Albany Highway for all the restaurants in Vic Park, but far enough that it's peaceful and quiet. Our young children loved the outdoor space. The decorations made it feels like a home away from home, with all the needed amenities and kitchen supplies! Kirrily was responsive but not intrusive during our longer stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

What a wonderful experience my family and I had at Subi Haus! It was very clean, and the loft room charmed us all! We enjoyed the close proximity to food and more importantly, great coffee! and thrift stores and bookshops. The house is also in a very walkable neighbourhood, which enabled us to walk to the supermarket as well as to take leisurely after-dinner strolls. Matthew is the host all guests want— attentive and responsive to our needs, prompt in his very friendly and clear communication. Thank you, Matthew; we are sure your future guests will be delighted as we have been.

Great location, communication was easy and proactive, secured parking garage for 2 cars was a huge plus, clean house, and all essential amenities were provided. Highly recommended!

We wanted to be located in Northbridge area and the house was perfect for our stay. A lovely place and so well situated for walking out into the city, Hyde Park, etc. We also needed to work over our stay and the office set up and WiFi was great, along with a well appointed kitchen . The courtyard garden a bonus for sunlit breakfast. We’ll be sure to stay again next time we’re in WA.

The homestay is located right in the heart of Perth’s CBD, making it an excellent base with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, always ready to answer any questions we had. The only downside is the lack of dedicated residential parking, which can make parking a bit of a challenge. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

The host was very friendly, contactable and helpful. the was very clean and tide, same as described, looking forward to staying there again in the future.

My long-term stay (5 weeks) was incredibly enjoyable, with a short walk to the shops and easy public transport access. Lyda was a fantastic host and the accommodation was very homely. The pool, gym and tennis court were of great use and would highly recommend for your stay.

Lyda’s place was absolutely lovely & as described. It was so conveniently located & within walking distance to hay street. The little pantry and chocolate was such a sweet gesture If ever in Perth, we would definitely stay here again!

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Sehr bequemes Bett, alles war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super um Fremantle zu Fuss zu erkunden und die Parking-Möglichkeiten direkt vor dem Gebäude sind ebenfalls top. Wie können die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
