Vacation rentals with a hot tub in City of Perth

Het verblijf voldeed ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen en was zeer geschikt voor ons gezelschap: 10 personen in 3 generaties. Aanbevelenswaardig!!!

Saad is a great host and very helpful. The house is extremely clean and cozy. We felt like it is home away home. It is very close to Perth city and very easy to find. The surrounding is very quiet. Everything is good. Would definitely come back and stay again if we come to Perth in the future.

Great location, walking distance to lots of cafes and parks. Very dog friendly neighbourhood my pups got lots of attention while out and about. Easy street to find, host was lovely, was a last minute booking so was super grateful to stay here :)

Staying at Rowena’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rowena was a thoughtful and attentive host—quick to respond, and genuinely caring. You can tell she puts a lot of love into hosting. The location was perfect too—peaceful, yet close to all the essentials. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was really well set up and comfortable. There were loads of thoughtful and generous touches that made us feel right at home. It’s a great location close to good food, cinema and the city. We’d happily stay here again.

Lovely house, spacious, comfortable and very conducive for a relaxing stay. Great for families. Lots of room and space to hang out. The balcony sunsets were gorgeous. The location is fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of places to explore and eat and great public transport into Perth and surrounds within walking distance. Our stay at Van’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to Meltham Station, making it easy to travel around Perth using the Transperth trains. What made our stay extra special was Van’s incredible warmth and hospitality. She even cooked a delicious meal to welcome us—such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we’ll always remember. We’re truly grateful for the experience and will definitely miss both the lovely home and Van herself. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and heartwarming stay in Perth. Thank you so much, Van!

Wayne or Erin’s place was very spacious, more that we imagined. It’s a shared house with other people living in the house and it’s working as a little hostel with very specific rules. Didn’t really felt in a « Airbnb » vibe, it was a business but that was fine for what we were looking for. It was very clean and the room was comfy, that is what matters, I recommend it :)

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

An absolutely wonderful stay and allowed for me and my mates to settle in to Perth wonderfully and extremely comfortably. The place is super clean and the hosts are super responsive and attentive. would definitely recommend for a week or longer stay.

We were so impressed from the moment we arrived here. It was welcoming and inviting with everything you could need provided for a stay. The hosts were responsive and friendly and we would’ve stayed longer if we could. A short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops also. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area . 5* highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay very much. It was more like staying in someone's home than an ordinary rental, such was the quality of furnishings, appliances, ornaments, etc. And it's really handy for Coles!

I highly recommend Robert’s place! It’s in a great location (5 minute walk to the beach!), is very spacious, clean and has lots of amenities. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and was flexible with my check in which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Perth!
