The apartment is in a quiet location. I feel safe here. It's very well equipped with everything I need. Desserie is always there when I need help. I hope I can stay again.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

I had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean and matched the description in the listing. It has the best location and very close to SM Lazaro. The Wi-fi worked well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was easy to communicate with which I really appreciate. One thing to note is that toilet paper is not included as part of the amenities which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, an excellent stay overall!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

El Grace Villa is a great place to reconnect with family and spend quality time with the kids. The villa had everything that we needed, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing. clean, and private. It was a peaceful stay! Erick’s parents are very nice and accommodating too. We will definitely book again.

The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. If you want to reconnect with nature along with your friends/family, this is the perfect airbnb for you! - Amazing sunset view of the mountains of Rizal. - The house has a great interior - well designed, well ventilated, and clean. - Accommodating, responsive and flexible host. He also gave us fruits that are in season during our stay. - Very helpful staff. They have some supplies that you need in case you forgot to bring. - Bathroom is great and lighting is on point 1 day is not enough to fully experience the place. Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

Stayed at Casa Editha because of a concert in PH Arena (just 15-20 mins away). Place is as described, and spacious enough for 4 adults + 1 small dog. It is easy to find, in a secured and peaceful location, GrabFood is available, near different stores and establishments, so no worries on your daily needs. We will definitely book this place again!

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)

Very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out process was flawless. Very techy. The free parking space was a huge factor for us, very convenient. Also some condiments were available at the kitchen. Another plus points. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was okay. Kudos to Ms. Vern. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the place. We will come back in the future for sure.

Our stay was generally peaceful considering the place is near a main highway. The area is near malls, it was convenient to buy stuff and bring back to where we stayed. The place itself was apt in space. We appreciated that it had streaming services available, we caught up with some series in Netflix on days that we stayed in. The aircon was enough to keep the place cool; quite handy that it had two electric fans to circulate the cool air. The quality of cookware was pretty good. I had the opportunity to cook and used them. The place had its laundry area. Though not inside the unit, it was private and not shared. The place was well-maintained. Jacque as a host was responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful that a week into our stay, she gave us a fresh clean set of comforter, pillow cases, bed sheet, towels, and bathroom rugs. I am so appreciative that she let us extend for a few hours beyond the checkout time without additional cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
