Monthly Rentals in City of Leeds

Great location, quiet but in the thick of all that Chapel Allerton has to offer, parking spot in great and being in North Leeds you have easy access to York, Harrogate etc so could be a great base to explore on a longer break. Loads of good bars, cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, but no noise or disturbance as the apartment is tucked away. City Centre is a short hop away by bus ride or Uber. Apartment is well maintained, bright and has all you need for a comfy stay, lovely bathroom.

Nice and convenient place close to Leeds. Phil was very nice and responsive which made the stay even better.

My partner and I stayed at donna’s as we were attending a wedding in the nearby area, it was super handy for this purpose. Compact but a good space for a couple, the place was really clean and Donna’s instructions to get to the property were really helpful and thorough. A quick taxi from Leeds train station too which was super helpful for us- thanks again!

I stayed here for 6 months and it became my second home. It had absolutely everything I ever needed and the hosts were very welcoming! I didn't have anything I could possibly complain about. I would recommend this place to anyone!
