Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chippewa County

We had to cancel our trip last minute due to health concerns and heavy smoke from Canada. Jake was very responsive to messages and understanding of our health concerns. They were supportive and very professional in all communication and I hope to visit their listing later in the year. I have never had to cancel a reservation and deeply appreciate their understanding and respectful communication during our decision.

Great location, guest book had lots of ideas on places to eat and things to do. Lots of things around the home for all ages. Super cute decor. Bed was comfortable. I forgot my hair dryer…. There was one there.

We stayed here to explore the falls. There are not a lot of options of places to stay in the area, so happy we found this place. Very comfortable cabin.

The home was beautiful and felt at ease there. The view of the lake was peaceful. The price was very reasonable for what you get and would recommend family and friends.

We had a great experience staying at Eliska’s house. It was charming. It was extremely clean and she left us lots of supplies to make the visit easy and comfortable. We appreciated all of her personal touches. The house was in a great location for walking to the downtown and the water.

We really enjoyed our time here! The space was just as described and pictured. It was very well appointed. My daughter, couple friends and I enjoyed playing board games that were available. The kitchen was really well equipped as we made a couple dinners while we were there. The location was an easy drive or walk to downtown St. Ignace and the ferry to get to Mackinac Island. Would definitely stay there again when we are in the area again! And thanks for the bottle of Michigan wine. It was a happy surprise after a long day of driving!

Peaceful place. We loved being on the water and having a fire while listening to the water. We would love to return.

Our stay here was great! The place is as advertised, clean, comfy, and well equipped. There is a great sun porch for enjoying views of the lake. Location is perfect as it’s a short walk to ferries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Bridget’s place and stay again!

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the location as it was close to the ferry we took to Mackinac Island two different days. It was peaceful and nice having a full kitchen. We will definitely come back!

Really loved the setup with a patio walkout onto the beach and the sunrise in the morning over the lake was glorious. Very close to the ferry and loved the convenience. Great place.

I had a lovely, quiet stay. Kelly is kind and pays a lot of attention to detail. The cabin is cute, the bed is comfortable, the beaches are beautiful, what more can you ask for? I *loved* the whitefish sandwich at Pickle's Bar & Grill.

Nothing but praises for Patricia & John. Out of all of my airBnB stays, the welcoming rustic environment they have created at the Balsams is untouched in comparison to others & holds a special place for us. This was our second stay and it only expanded on the amazing first time we had. Simple things like local suggestions, dvd titles on hand to browse through (no cable or wifi here folks), owners available to just talk added so much to the care of our stay + comforts available. Plus the history of the Balsams alone adds depth for those willing to dig in a little bit on the knowledge provided (check out the cabin binder for more). Ryan’s cottage was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The cottage had everything you needed for a weekend or longer getaway! The cottage has a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Everything is updated and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive! The cottage is so clean and organized. The view from the cottage is just lovely. Loved our stay there!

We enjoyed our time there and so did our dogs. My very favorite part was all the lightening bugs! 😍 Being from California, we don’t get to see those at home! Damon’s cabin was a clean and welcoming space for us to getaway to!

I think the lake got jealous of how much we loved the house. The views? Spectacular. The vibe? Pure dream home energy. We spent our days rock hunting, sipping coffee with million-dollar views, and pretending we lived there full-time. (We even tried to come up with excuses to “accidentally” extend our stay... like maybe we lost the keys... to our car... forever.) Truly the perfect Lake Superior getaway. This place captured our hearts and we left behind a couple Yooperlites in the garden. 💙

Had a fantastic stay at your office grid cabin. It was fantastic and Rod was wonderful down to earth and easy to communicate with. There’s no such thing as in stranger in your chunk of Paradise off in the twilight zone!!!! We will definitely be returning
