Vacation rentals with beach access in Chios

Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home in one of the best spots in Chios. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was smooth, and we felt truly well taken care of. Thanks again for the warm hospitality!

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Our stay at Artemis was great! The hosts are kind and friendly, check in was easy. The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and newly refurbished - the space was perfect for a family of three + very kids friendly.

Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
