Yiorgos was a fantastic host who was most helpful and always available to give us a hand and for a good avice on where to swim and to eat. The place is a marvel and a great escape from the craziness of life.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that it was not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 beds was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake as my view on the photos was more of the beautiful location. In addition, there is a lot to discover on the island of Chios. Georgios and his mother are incredibly caring hosts. The flat is airy and light, and everything is brand-new and comfortable. The area is safe and conveniently located next to a big supermarket. It's an easy and pleasant walk to the center, taking only 5 to 10 minutes depending on your pace. As frequent travelers, we usually carry a pack of small items to make our stay more comfortable during the first few hours and to avoid buying and leaving behind these essentials. However, here everything we needed was already available, so we didn't have to use our pack at all. We left our luggage there until the ferry was due, which was a very appreciated gesture for us. I would suggest this flat for two or three people max, as there is a couch that can be made into a comfortable bed of one and a half size. I would like to say thank you to Georgios and his mother. .

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

If you are looking for a peaceful, private place, thalassa is the perfect option. The view is even better than the photos and the waves of the sea is the only thing you can hear. We stayed there with our 8 months old baby and had no issues. Everything was clean, kitchen supplies were more than enough. They had everything you may need including an umbrella and sun loungers at the beach. The hosts were quite responsive and kind. We would like to visit again!

Marianna was very quick with responses and always helpful. Place was charming and as described in the listing and on the pictures. Very easy to find based on Marianna’s instructions. Loft is close to main square and few restaurants, and small grocery store. Ten minutes drive to closest beach.

first of all, we are the host, he was very friendly and caring. He greeted us and took us all the way home. The house showed the interior and amenities one by one, and the house was even a woman's pad. He took it all the way to the grocery store in the village, he gave information about it. The house has a very nice view and is convenient, he left an extra WiFi so that there would be no problem. The village is on the hill, but the road is not difficult, it is a very quiet, quiet place, and it is 25-30 minutes away from the important points by car, everyone we meet in the village immediately salutes and smiles. The house has a small balcony, but the view is perfect, the house is very cool, but there is still air conditioning, we did not use it, we just turned on the fan at noon very hot. In addition, the kind gift of our host when we left made us happy. There are two local restaurants in the village, the food of both (especially squid) was very nice, it should definitely be tried. When we come to Chios again, we will come here without thinking. It was a very comfortable,very relaxing holiday.

An absolute dream, from the bed to the beach maximum 4 meters! Super nice quiet and a beautiful outdoor area. Stratos was super friendly and helped us with everything. It is a beautiful, secluded and therefore nice quiet spot on earth, wonderful to relax. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea in the evening was wonderful! We will be happy to come back again!!

This is my second summer staying at this building, this time in a 1 bedroom. If Megas Limnionas is your home base, this is the place to stay. The location and the apartment are ideal. The apartment and appliances are new. The double balconies from both the living room and bedroom offer a great view of the ocean. The windows have metal pull-downs for complete blackout if desired. The water heater for the shower worked quickly and the AC units work well (just make sure to put the temp low). Also, Maria is a great host and very responsive. The refrigerator again had a few complimentary drinks and sweets upon our arrival. There is enough parking in the front for about four cars. Overall it was a 5-star stay and I will be coming back again next year. Thank you Maria!

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

This was a great place and location.

We were greeted by Mrs. Rena without any problem even though we were late to arrive. The property is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view to the sea. It fully responds to the photos and has all the basics one needs in a room for a short vacation. We were satisfied and recommend it!
