Monthly Rentals in Chinatown, Manhattan

Shelby was an amazing host - super responsive and very kind. The place was even nicer and bigger than in the photos and was in such a convenient location. It is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. The washing machine and dryer in the unit were a lifesaver for me, and the flat is fully equipped with anything you might need. The AC was amazing and kept the place cool during the summer heat waves. Overall, I could not recommend this place (or Shelby as a host) enough!

One of the best places to stay if you’re in Manhattan period

We were so impressed with the beautifully and thoughtfully designed king studio! The bed & linens were so comfortable it was hard to coax ourselves out to explore the city -but with the fantastic location we knew we had to get out! My lady & I walked to battery park & little Italy in easily under 20 minutes. The studio was well furnished and comfortable & we also appreciated the complementary wine. The views were amazing. An unforgettable stay!

Great place to be. Apartment is quiet even with bustling Little Italy beneath. Beautiful neighborhood and nice staff at building to help with things.
