Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay , great host even better caretakers , everyone responded very swiftly to all our demands and we were provided with all the amenities that were listed . I would suggest everyone to stay if they are looking for a homely feel and also want a place which is not that far from the major attractions such as the beaches or markets . This place is a gem! Beautifully maintained and our host was super attentive, regularly checking in on us. The cleanliness and location top-notch, with great restaurants and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away… inverter was a lifesaver given the electricity situation as it was raining super heavily.. This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
