The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

We had a lovely time in this area of Chiang Mai! Easily accessible by Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place not far away for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

8/5 stars. this place was fantastic for two families. beautiful, well thought out, super quiet neighborhood, but a 5 min walk to town. Pool is fantastic. Host was very helpful. Wonderful place!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

Great place! I wish my group could have stayed longer. At first, it driving to the place may not look as nice, but once at the property, the place is amazing! Better than photo. The view is beautiful and outside is well kept.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The host Golf was incredibly nice and always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The villa itself is set in a lovely environment, offering great facilities that made my stay comfortable. Its central location made it very convenient to reach various sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Super great stay!

Overall, the stay was very good Special photo shoot with pool table, ping pong table and board games There's also karaoke equipment, sound equipment, everything is fully equipped. There are also water guns, swimming rings, and other equipment by the pool. Although there are some mosquitoes, it's not a big problem It's really convenient to have plenty of snacks, drinks, mineral water and mosquito repellent!! In the event that a room does not have hot water Respond promptly and have someone come to check and repair I left a message for them before that there was a room that needed to be cleaned. As a result, all the rooms and the living room were cleaned. Neatly fold the clothes we left lying around Put all our stuff in place. And we have to clean up the tableware we used. Everything has been cleaned, rinsed, and placed. Really thank you very much to Fatima and her team

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

This is the second time in Chiang Mai and the previous experience of staying at one of the hosts Nimman was excellent.There were a lot of people coming over this time, and the host recommended this pool villa.Upscale atmosphere, comfortable and cozy.Extra large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the pool, there is a small river next to the barbecue area, it is not very hot at night, and it is very comfortable to sit outside.The community is very quiet, and there is no noise from the airplane. Before I stayed at Nimman Road, the lack of the United States is the airplane noise, but in fact, it is only ten minutes by car here.There is karaoke, billiards, staying here doesn't feel like having to go out, but because of the schedule, you can only stay two days in Chiang Mai.Highly recommended!I'll be back!

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.
