We loved our stay at the Corner’s Unique House. It seems at first to be a bit off the beaten path but then you realize there is a super nice grocery store and restaurant area just next door and then a huge mall down the street. Plus it’s fairly close to the old town. We ended up getting a moped but used Grab into town and tuktuks back. It wasn’t generally a problem to get one any time of day. Kannika was super helpful and responsive, always answering texts and helping to fix problems immediately if they arrived. They also came and cleaned every few days if you wanted, which was an amazing plus. We also loved the airport pickup and dropoff. It’s super close to the airport but it was still so nice to not have to arrange it ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this house was perfect! It is very spacious and we also used the bikes a few times. Maybe only the fifth and sixth matrasses are a bit to hard an not to comfortable. You will get used to the airplanes flying over low because the house is sort of next to the runway.

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

This home was in a wonderful location! So much to do in the area and a short tuk tuk ride to the markets and old town area. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations.

We had an exceptional stay at Villa Nittra! The house is perfectly located in a quiet area yet within walking distance to major attractions, making it ideal for exploring Chiang Mai. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like a prepared lunch, fresh fruits, and water upon arrival. The house was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including snacks and all daily essentials. We appreciated the advice on visiting the city and its surroundings. The combination of a peaceful setting and proximity to key sites made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Villa Nittra and look forward to returning!

This is a great place to stay in the old town. Not only is it walkable to temples, restaurants, and easy Tuktuk/grab to markets, but it is quiet and very calm. The « house » is a garage transformed into an attached two story house. Internet woks great. Only downside for us, because some days we need to work hours from home, was that it is quiet dark. Only windows that let light in, are in the front. That said, if you want to sleep, it’s great! The amenities are nice, especially the washer in house. The kitchen is functional and the hosts got us anything that we might need. Especially nice was the refrigerator full of drinking water and some essentials, which made our first night/morning so much easier. The decor is nice looking, just not that comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms have an issue, which is more old town sewage draining problems, than the house. They try and mitigate the smell, but it’s an on going problem. This is a fantastic 3 level home with all the amenities. Patrica is very good about communication and all the details are covered. The kitchen is well appointed, hot water, and sufficient ac if you keep the rooms closed. Patricia suggested a great massage place, some excellent near by food, and it is a short Grab ride from the old city. We highly recommend this place for your next stay.

My family stayed in the house for a month. I had a comfortable stay thanks to the host who cared a lot. 1. Great for cooking food at home. Cooking utensils and kitchen are well equipped. 2. Surprisingly, the location is good. In particular, ruamchok mall, meechok Plaza, tops market, rimping market, and lotus market are all nearby, so it is very convenient to shop. There is a small night market every day near the ruamchok mall, and there is a big night market very Monday and Tuesday at meechok plaza. 3. The complex is very quiet. In the afternoon, the kids come out and start playing, and you can play soccer with the kids in the neighborhood. 4. All necessary items are ordered through grab, so you don't need to carry heavy items. Also, taxis are easily caught, so there is no inconvenience in getting around. 5. There is a shrimp fishing site about 2km away from the accommodation, so please visit families with children. The kids are really fun. 6. The host is really nice. You handled the whole process accurately and quickly. He brought us fruit for the first day and Thai snacks in the middle. I'm a host who is ready to help if you need anything. Fortunately, nothing major happened, but it was very reassuring. 7. (tip) The capacity of the washing machine is not large. If you do a small amount of laundry, it will be clean and good. 8. (tip) The pool is closed on Mondays. 9. Each room has a good air conditioner, so you can sleep comfortably. Highly recommended for travelers who are thinking about a place to stay. Especially comfortable room, watering flowers every day also feels like home.We stayed with three friends, and each room has its own balcony ~ 10 minutes walk nearby is Nimman One. There is a lot of delicious food in each alley. The host answers questions super timely. Anything can be solved as soon as possible!!!Also recommended a lot of good things to eat around ~ Too blissful!I'll definitely stay again next time!

Lovely, two storey house with a huge terrace and sitting area. Had a great experience staying here Keep in mind that it’s away from the bustle of Nimman and old-town (15 min car ride)

It is nice location for who want to be near by supermarket where is located walking distance. Its slight distance from old town but we didnt have any from to call a taxi by Grab.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Located near markets and 7 11 and about a 15 minutes drive from Chiang Mai old city. The chairs and lights could be a little more comfortable but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had a pleasant and very comfortable stay in the villa. Easy check-in and easy check-out + easy to ge there because of the airport transfer offered. When we checked-in we needed a couple of things to use for our short stay and the host is very helpful and responsive to accommodate our needs. The villa has a good wifi connection too, my husband used it for this work. Situated in a guarded community, peaceful and quiet neigborhood and not far from the city. The neighbors are nice as well, one helped us when we had trouble with our rented car. You need your own transport if you stay here as its not walking distance to the town center. There's 7/11 closeby and tops market as well for basic needs. There was a good gym in walking distance where one in my group went for. Everybody in my group had a wonderful stay in the villa. It made our stay perfectly relaxing after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai.

Very, very nice house and very lovely host, the house is located directly across from one Nimman Road, which is a great location.The whole house is very cute and feels like home, good sound proofing, and the street is not noisy.There was someone to clean every day and was always clean.The host was very enthusiastic to help us and will choose to stay again next time in Chiang Mai

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

We LOVED Rosie Home!! Perfect for our family, close to all the fun stuff in the area but in a secluded neighborhood, massage parlor right across the street. Great host, will be staying again!

A great space for a larger group (we had six adults). Having a bathroom/shower for each of the bedrooms is convenient. The living space downstairs is spacious and a good place to hang out. Location is good, a few minutes walk to the old city, quiet because just off the main street. Hosts very responsive and helpful.
