Vacation rentals with a patio in Chetumal

Place is located close to the lagoon, the entrance to the apartment complex is dirt road but it’s drivable. The apartment is about 10 min from downtown area and the pool area is beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay! Claudia is a delightful host and really went above and beyond helping us with pizza and taco deliveries, calling us a taxi, and answering all of our questions!

Great location, couldn't be better at all. Directly at the cenote negro. Jacqui is super nice and thought along with us. I recommend this stay to everyone!

Great apartment beautiful views of the Lagoon, and sunrise particularly from the top of shared roof space. Comfortable bed great kitchen large wrap around balcony. Great places to eat in Bacalar and we really enjoyed the hobycatermaran trip with Laura and Victor

Great place & location . Close to yummy restaurants, Eco park and plaza . The room was open and spacious . Loved Hanging out on patio with the hammock . Bed was comfortable !!! Even though there is a restaurant/bar next door it was quiet and peaceful ( no issues with noise )Would definitely stay here again !!!

Overall exceeded expectations, other than the apartment was not plumbed for hot water. Have to use pot on gas stove. Would benefit from including a kettle. Sergio was available instantly on WhatApp for support. Not a walkable location but this was a plus for us as only staying one night with car. Private/quiet with secure parking. If the preceding suits we would highly recommend.

Very nice property, very well located on the edge of the Esmeralda cenote. The canoe and life jackets are very convenient. Very responsive hostess. A big thank you to the gentleman who takes care of the maintenance of the exteriors who is available and extremely pleasant.

About a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Loved that we could park our rental car inside the property.

the weather complicated the arrival to the villas but Marco was very patient and flexibe in the schedules, the place is very nice, comfortable and private

We had a wonderful stay in Bacalar. The apartment was very good equipped to prepare food or cook and was overall very comfortable. We really enjoyed that a lot of bars, restaurants and activities were in a walking distance from the apartment. The hosts were super helpful and even allowed us to Check out a bit later. Thanks a lot for everything!

Excellent place! good location, shops and places to eat a few minutes walk away, the area is quiet and very easy to locate. Everything was clean and the place was quite comfortable.

A quite quiet and cozy place, maybe it is not in the downtown area but it is in a very accessible place and easy to move to the areas of interest, the host is very friendly and attentive, we feel very comfortable in the place, we recommend it.

Consistent with description and photos Very nice and clean apartment, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are enough cooking utensils. It has parking and the car is parked in the property, excellent that the gate and the outside gate are always locked. About 4 blocks from downtown. There are shops, a market. 2 blocks away is the Ecological Pier. Ely very courteous and providing us with suggestions. 100% recommendable
