Covered semi underground car parking space in adjoining building with no roads to cross to access Charlottesview or the beach.

This Grade 2 Georgian property overlooks beautiful Weymouth bay and is just 10 metres from the beach. The accommodation is a tasteful double bedroom and bathroom at the rear of the property with a private entrance and a pretty courtyard suitable for barbecues. There are lots of amenities close by, including a popular Italian bistro and beach cafe. The accommodation is perfectly situated to visit Dorset’s many attractions and is just a short walk to Weymouth town and harbour.
