The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Thank you

I had a lovely experience with Sebastian and Cecilia taking care of me as if I was one of their daughters. The room is big and pleasant. The location is incredible just 2 steps from Marari beach the long, Peaceful fisherman spot at walking distance from different shops or tuk tuks stop to cover cheaply longer distance if needed Among cafes and restaurants right on the beach, to eat with your feet in the sand, i would recommend the Louvre very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere and lovely service! By the beach you can also find fresh coconut prepared by a few smiley, friendly women as well as other local foods or snacks. This location thus is really brilliant! Perfect to relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset and a real experience of peaceful India. Every day Cecilia prepares amazing breakfasts delivered personally by Sebastian each morning! I would certainly recommend to have some delicious, typical dinner with them! Anything you need just ask Sebastian and he will find a way to help!

We had a great stay at Louis place !. The appartment was ideally located close to vytila Junction but in a peaceful neighbourhood. I think it’s a newly built place, very clean, well maintained and everything we need. Would definitely stay again !

3 Bed Rooms new house with private pool

We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Right from check in to check out, the host was super responsive and very friendly. We felt right at home with the positive attitude of the host. This house is also very beautiful and matches exactly as per the pictures. All three bedrooms had AC and the kitchen was a fully equipped one. There was also washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was yet another highlight. Overall it is a super worth place for families, very much recommended

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.
