Vacation rentals in Cherryfield

Our family stayed here as part of our Maine getaway. We spent about a week at this property and we loved it there. We brought our puppy’s and this was their favorite home on the vacation. It’s hidden perfectly right up on the bay. Sydney was an amazing host and super fast response times. Can’t wait to stay here again

Thank you Matt & Carmen for sharing your beautiful home. Brittany did an awesome job cleaning and setting us up for a perfect stay. We didn't get to eat outside as much with the damp, cooler weather but the kitchen table was plenty big enough. It was the perfect place to catch up with out of state friends. Cadillac Mountain was beautiful and Acadia Loop is always my favorite. We explored Winter Harbor and Schoodic Point this trip and we were not disappointed. Stock up on groceries for the cabin or be prepared to wait in line for an hour or more depending on what restaurants are open. They seem to close early compared to places in PA. I was not expecting single use plastic being prohibited in all of Maine. Good thing bags are cheap 😊. Maybe next time we can come in warmer weather and can enjoy the lake more. Camp Tranquility was a wonderful choice for us. Thank you again!

Jane’s cottage was a perfect place for me to relax, enjoy the ocean, and just catch up with myself for a while. The home is small but tidy and very well thought-out. It is comfortable, has everything you need, and the ocean is so present in every moment—what a gift it was to be able to stay there for a week! And by chance, the northern lights were visible during my stay, so that big, dark sky was amazingly lit up. Jane was also a wonderful host—with great instructions, clear labels in the house, and just the right amount of attention to let me feel well cared for, while also experiencing all the privacy and quiet atmosphere I was looking for. This Airbnb had everything we needed to enjoy exploring Maine / Acadia National Park for the first time. Watching the morning sunrise and wildlife through the wall of east-facing windows was amazing, and the home is equipped with all the right amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Other than our initial communication, we didn’t interact with the host, but it was clear that if needed, we could have reached out. On our first full day there, we took the host’s advice and visited Donnell Pond and hiked up Schoodic Mountain; it was a great experience.

Jeremy’s home is absolutely wonderful! The views are worth it alone! Gorgeous views of the bay with beautiful foliage. The home was updated and clean, with all the standard amenities. It was just like the photos. The view I would argue is better than the photos show! It is relatively private, you are next door to another home and a dock that the boats go off of, but still quiet. You can walk down to the beach area which is very cool, although there are some stairs and rocks, but my mom in her 60’s was able to get down them with some assistance. Milbridge restaurants are nearby with delicious food. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

we had a wonderful time at Gina's (and her familie's) home. Very cosy and cute, we felt right at home. Coffee, tea, water, fridge...all there. Quiet and beautiful place. Perfect location to explore the arcadia Park, Fort Knox not far away either. Highly recommended

It was great for a personal retreat: private, quiet, and peaceful. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by several days while I was there and Jason was quick to respond to my request. Free of cluttery knick knacks, the great room was full of light, and the mattress was very comfortable (medium-firm). There is a gas stove for ambience, but the furnace and mini-split unit kept the place good and warm so I never turned on the gas stove. I used to live up here and enjoyed returning to the area. Check out Great Wass Island for jack pine and rare plants. Quail came right up on the deck. Loons visited the water by the shore and eagles fished from rock islands. If you need a little R&R, this is the place for you. It was hard to leave.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Sitting on the deck off the back looking at the beautiful setting was very peaceful and tranquil.
