Monthly Rentals in Chernex

It’s the second time that we are staying there and it was always a great and smooth experience !

We came for a family winter vacation. The host communication was outstanding. Ruth’s apartment was as spectacular as on the picture. Beautiful view, convenient location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Montreux it self was a little quieter than we hoped for a New Year celebration, but train station is within a few minutes walk and we took wonderful trips to Gstaad for skiing, Lausanne and Vevey. I have to also mentioned that Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive. We felt welcomed and supported in every way. We hope to comeback in the summer - Thank you !

Brigitte’s apartment is as per the pictures, and the view is spectacular, overlooking Montreux. Travelling by car would possibly be preferred, although there are train stations, either further up the mountain (approx 800 metres) or further down (approx 1200 metres) that run every 30 minutes or so. The apartment is very well presented, and Brigitte lives in the house above, and communicates very well in German. Her son Georges communicates very well in English.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is only a short walk from the train station and the lakeside. We had a beautiful view of the sun setting over the lake in the evenings. The apartment was easy to find following the instructions and was lovely and clean. The little details really helped make it welcoming. Angéline as a host has been excellent. She was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Would very happily book again.
