Villa vacation rentals in Chennai

If you are a group of 10 or 4 couples who wants to spend time together - this would be best place in ECR, other than the AC in 2 bedrooms(which was already informed that won’t be working) everything else was great! And at this price point I think this Is the best (4 rooms, ac, big television with okiesh (WiFi )network (jio has only limited network here) , private space). Host was available for everything and also was the care taker.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spotless property. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a family getaway. A special thanks to Ms. Elavarasi, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Also, heartfelt gratitude to the property owner, Ms. Radha, for her warmth and generosity. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The house is beautiful, modern and very luxurious. Plenty of natural light. It's right next to the beach, and the beach view from the bedroom is lovely. We had a wonderful time at this lovely home!

Super relaxing weekend getaway so close to the city.Good restuarants for both dine-in and getting food delivered. Spread over three floors and very spacious. The view of the shoreline and the beach from the top floor terrace was super! A very responsive caretaker as well to top it all!!

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Moya! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and truly felt like home. Big shoutout to Kumar, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and running smoothly. Kumar's helpfulness and Syed’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Very spacious and Good Villa that can accommodate 8/10 people easily, convenient parking space, good privacy and fantastic balcony. Well maintained beds and linen. Bathroom maintained fairly well. Good support from maid. Decent utensils in kitchen and had induction stove. Fridge was good. Swimming pool was decent and clean. Good space for playing sport and indoor cricket pitch was good.

We had an amazing time with friends! The place was so perfect, well designed, neatly maintained, comfy quilts. The swimming pool even if slightly smaller than shown in the pic was still fun for the kids but the waterfall just overshadowed that because it was an amazing add on. The host was responsive and warm for any requirements asked!

We went as 2 families and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Beautiful place with the sea within walkable distance. Well maintained pool. It was a pleasant experience.

Amazing property, beautiful place very comfortable and welcoming. Only downside is that the caretakers live there which gives you less privacy as they walk around. But every good place would recommend and would like to come back to stay

For travel families and friends should stay here while travelling . Exaland and beautiful house. Our children are very happy. Surely we will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay and the place is neat and clean, it is as same as what is described, the beach is 5mins walkable distance. The locality is safe for family and there is a public park just opposite.. Sangeetha is a very kind and a responsible host, she gave a clear instructions and kept checking with us, Just an example of the thoughtfulness of a host is after knowing my 2yr old son's bday she gave a nice gift which was unexpected and a sweet surprise to us. My family likes the place and we will be visiting again. Highly recommended place.

Beautiful house with two bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people and the one on the first floor has 2 master beds that could accommodate 4 or 6 people. House is beautifully decorated and maintained well. Caretaker Padma was a nice lady who made coffee for us and was helpful. Quiet surroundings with absolutely no disturbances. Good restaurants near by and they also deliver food. Drawing room was beautiful. Overall everything was good. Just there is a bit of mosquitoes in the lawn and they also get inside if the doors are left open or opened and closed often. Found it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom due to mosquito bites. Take odomos or any mosquito repellent with you. Only thing the place lacks is a swimming pool, but the beauty of the house compensates for that. Beach is like 5 minutes walk. Overall super happy with the place and planning to there again soon.

So clean and modern looking! The space was just like the pictures. The pool was fantastic and the entire facility was beautiful. The host was extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I loved the place from start to finish. Perfect to host a beach house party for friends. The place was clean and tidy and the care taker, Sunil took such good care of us by getting us anything we want. The AC’s work so well and the rooms are so spacious for so many people to sleep and accommodate. Loved the entire home and had the best time in the swimming pool. Loved the host and his kindness. He was very sweet from start to finish and helped me with all of my doubts. Overall, it was worth the money and all my friends enjoyed. And it’s not very far in ECR. Very close to the busy areas of ECR.

The place was huge for my family of 14. We had such an amazing time in the villa. The place has a huge lawn. Zack was very supportive and responsive. Great place to stay.
