All I have to say is , this air bnb property is simply a great place to relax and spend with your family and friends . Midhun has been a great host , very helpful with his suggestions and replied quickly whenever I contacted him. Clean amenities, and a min walk from a secluded and scenic Nibhav Beach. Though easily connected via Taxi Aggregators , having personal vehicle is recommended.We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

The host was friendly and welcoming. I visited Chennai along with my parents for my mom’s eye surgery and booked Gowtham’s place for our stay. Gowtham and his family took care of almost everything that we needed. His father offered us coffee and even cooked rice for me and my parents, we were given insights about where to go, what to do, and everything in between. The experience was overall fantastic and I highly recommend this place.

Rahul is very responsive and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights in the 2nd floor. Outside view is good. Co host Mani is humble and helpful. The place is quiet and free of noise. Roads are good for driving and OMR is accessible. The road is narrow so may find difficulty to adjust if a lorry or bus comes opposite. That’s once in a while chance and not a big deal. It’s a single bed house and very neat and clean. AC, heater, TV, Fridge all in good condition and provides much comfort. There’s no lift in the building. Bed is clean. Soap and towel were provided on request. Enough private space for car parking. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I will sure consider staying again.

Very nice caretaker, beautiful family! They add homely to your stay. There was in the beginning some issues about the not so clean bed sheets, also there should be some cleaning tools in the room! Other than that, everything was fine. The place it’s a bit out of town, also around 30 to 45 minutes to the airport (500 rupees with Rapido app). Some people mentioned the road conditions. The Road to the House is now finished and nothing to be concerned anymore!
