Quiet+private 2 bdrm cabin. Located just 5 miles from e. state st. and 7 miles to court st. Our cabin is furnished with 2 king beds, linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. The Sunroom Loft

Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer. The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying! The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
