We had a long-term stay at a PMI property on South Broad that was wonderful from start to finish. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance, a Publix within walking distance, the Riverwalk within walking distance, and just a great place to go for a walk in general. I work from home and my girlfriend is studying for her doctorate, and this property was a Great place for remote workers, travelling students, Or even someone just passing through town. The staff is super helpful and responsive, and access was super easy and convenient. This place has everything you need, and it was a great deal price-wise.

We planned a little last minute stay so flexible check in was perfect for us! We also have 10 year old dog so finding a pet friendly place that still meets cleanliness expectations and doesn’t charge ridiculous pet fees is always a challenge. This place exceeded high expectations and we truly enjoyed our time and short stay.

Stop scrolling and remove every other spot in your favorites. This place is all you need. Trust me. I’m a stickler for quality, and Bianca exceeded my expectations to the point where I’m convinced she has a Ph.D. in hospitality. Every detail is so intentional and beautifully curated. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. The photos don’t do it justice. From vintage decor to Prince tributes, it feels like a warm hug from a simpler time. Bianca’s thoughtfulness goes beyond aesthetics. Yoga mats, umbrellas, local recommendations—she’s thought of everything. Outside, you’re walking distance from hidden-gem restaurants and a short drive to beautiful mountain views. This stay is pure magic. Just hit reserve and experience it for yourself.
