It was great staying at Sacha’s house. Super clean, organized and peaceful place. Walking distance to Publix, First Watch, coffee shop, and smoothie place all within 1-3min. I would recommend staying at Sacha’s place if you are traveling to ATL.

Amazing host!! Had family in town to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She decorated with a birthday banner, and also gave my mom a birthday cake and bottle of wine! It was the perfect start to celebrating her and this weekend! Walking distance to Buckhead Village is and other shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Whole Foods for groceries as well. Quick ride to Lenox and Phipps too! Clean, modern, unit looks just like pictures! No issues with parking in the secured garage! Will def use property again next time I have family in town!! Thank you again!!

Great location in the heart of mid-down ATL. Safe and walkable to many landmarks. Plenty of dinning options around the hood. The room is exactly as what is shown in the pictures. Bonus points: Host is always very responsive like almost answer your message within 10-20mins. There is a full body mirror in the room which is handy. Spacious and Comfortable apartment. We really like the lazy-boy couch and decide to buy a similar set when we back home :)

Enjoyed my stay! Host was very attentive and offered amenities, such as coffee and wine. The condo, while older, has a charm to it and is described accurately.

Awesome location close to everything! Jennifer is an awesome host. We were lost and she immediately answered her phone and helped us! This location is steps away from the Beltline, and Ponce City Market. It is a vibrant area that is safe. I highly recommend this location and host!

William’s place felt just like home! Clean and smelled great! Comfy bed with all the necessities for the time we were there. The area is a little sketchy but it’s gated and a security guard on site at all times, so it definitely helps. I never felt unsafe while there and I will recommend staying here again!

What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

Great spot right in Midtown. Looks as pictured 1 bed 1 bathroom spot. Gym and pool were largely unused during the week and was very much appreciated. Garage parking is included if you message her and the spot fit our mid-sized SUV easily. Exactly as advertised. Would return in the future if I visited again.

We over loved Trev's home. Very Spacious, looked exactly like the pics. we loved the balcony. There were a fully stock kitchen. All bedrooms was comftorable & appealing. 2mastersuites and 2 kitchens was a bonus. We didnt want too leave after our 3day stay. Trev was a great host.

We were relocating to the area and needed a place to stay. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We felt right at home. It has absolutely everything you need and everything you don't think you'll need. We enjoyed how clean and tidy the house was especially after driving 30 hours and staying at various hotels. James was very helpful, responsive and respectful. The home was located in the perfect area for our house hunting. Thank you for allowing us to be in your home!

We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

The location of the house was great for us and Mike was always responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend Mike’s place and would definitely stay there again. You won’t go wrong.

To Whom It May Concern, From the beginning, Alhassan was responsive and attentive. The property itself was very nice, with thoughtful amenities. However, I felt that the upcharge for a one-night rental was not communicated transparently enough in the listing, as I previously expressed to both Alhassan and Airbnb representatives. Regarding future stays, I would only consider booking this property for more than one night under a different platform. Due to Airbnb's lack of customer service and, most importantly, the organization's stance on DEI initiatives, my family, friends, and I will no longer be patronizing Airbnb properties moving forward. Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Sydney place is incredible. The basement tv is excellent and even have its own small gym area. Me and my business colleague love the place as after a long work we are able to just sit and relax to watch some sport games and even challenge in dart games. The rooms just felt at home and comfortable. Sydney was so responsive on anything we asked and really felt we were hosted with TLC. Will definitely choose this place if I am ever back in Atlanta.

Victor has excellent communication and followed up to ensure our needs were met. There were no issues with the property or the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and open.
